THE SETTING: Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Greenwood Forest, 5 Wildwood Court offers the privacy of a residential neighborhood while keeping the beach, Harbour Town, golf, dining, shopping, and miles of bike paths within easy reach. Start the morning with coffee on the deck, bike beneath the tree-lined canopy of Sea Pines, spend the afternoon at the beach or neighborhood pool, and return home to grill dinner and relax together.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Families, couples traveling together, golf groups, and guests looking for a comfortable Sea Pines home in a quiet neighborhood setting. Three bedrooms provide accommodations for six, while the separate den gives everyone an additional place to watch television, read, or relax throughout the day.

WHAT GUESTS LOVE MOST: Guests appreciate the home's combination of privacy and convenience. The spacious deck provides a peaceful place for outdoor dining and grilling, while the separate den is especially useful for families who want more than one indoor gathering space. The neighborhood pool is just a short walk away, and the beach can be reached on foot or by bike without ever leaving Sea Pines.

POOL: Guests enjoy complimentary access to the Greenwood Forest pool, located approximately a five-minute walk from the home. The pool is open seasonally from April through September.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and luxury BESTNEST linens, while the queen and twin guest rooms provide inviting accommodations for family and friends. Each bedroom has been carefully prepared with comfortable bedding, generous storage, and everything needed for a restful stay.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, from quick breakfasts before heading to the beach to relaxed family dinners at home. Quality cookware, matching dinnerware, generous serving pieces, ample glassware, Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, and plentiful kitchen essentials make cooking and entertaining easy.

ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: Private deck with gas grill, separate den for TV or reading, secure high-speed Wi-Fi, enhanced Spectrum cable, five televisions, dedicated laundry room, two-car garage with convenient storage for bikes and beach gear, decorative fireplace, neighborhood pool access, and a peaceful Greenwood Forest location convenient to destinations throughout Sea Pines. Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use.

BESTNEST GUESTS ENJOY: Thoughtful comforts designed to make vacation easy, including luxury linens and towels, beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach cart, cooler, bathroom essentials, laundry supplies, paper products for the duration of your stay, secure high-speed Wi-Fi, and responsive local Guest Services whenever assistance is needed.

PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee of $350 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Traveling without a pet? Our careful cleaning standards mean you won’t find evidence of previous four-legged guests during your stay.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately a 10-minute bike ride to the Beach Club, or just a few minutes by car. During peak season, complimentary Sea Pines Beach Trolleys also transport guests from designated parking areas to the Sea Pines Beach Club. The closest trolley location is near the intersection of Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak Road, approximately three minutes away by car. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
