This contemporary coastal villa, located on the top floor, will have you returning year after year! The private balcony overlooks the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and can be accessed from the dining area. The first bedroom, off the laundry room, has a twin bed with a trundle bed perfect for children or teenagers. The second bedroom on this level has 2 double beds. Both bedrooms share the full bathroom in the hall.

Upstairs you will find the other three bedrooms. There are 2 master king suites with ocean views and private bathrooms. The 5th bedroom contains a twin with a trundle bed and shares a bathroom with either king bedroom. Gorgeous views make this the perfect vacation getaway!

This was the perfect gathering place for our Thanksgiving vacation. This area of the island is my favorite spot with easy beach access and prime location to each end of the island. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed, especially for a large family dinner.

Great location and loved the space

We loved being close to the beach and the amount of space worked well for us. We had six people in our group. I do wish the first floor bedroom could have had a king size bed for my elderly parents, but my mother may have preferred the two double beds ;). We did have trouble with the WIFI, but I worked around it by using the personal hotspot on my cell phone. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this oceanfront property.

Excellent Condo for Families

I was nervous about booking this unit due to some negative reviews. The owners must have made some recent renovations. The unit is beautiful. The kitchen and baths are all clean and well stocked. The unit is HUGE! This is the place to book if you have a crowd.
