¡Bienvenido a Tree Tops 7701! Relájese en esta hermosa, acogedora y totalmente renovada villa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el área de South Forest Beach. Esta villa cuenta con una cocina recientemente remodelada, electrodomésticos, pisos, muebles y baños rediseñados enclavados en exuberantes jardines con lagunas y senderos para caminar.
Su "hogar lejos del hogar" de vacaciones es una hermosa villa de dos dormitorios y dos baños que ofrece mucha luz natural y una cómoda sala de estar y comedor que conduce a un gran patio con vista a una de las tres piscinas. Este patio con mosquitero es el lugar ideal para disfrutar de su café matutino o un cóctel nocturno para relajarse después de un ajetreado día de exploración de la isla. No hay mosquitos molestos en el verano tampoco!

La cocina totalmente equipada y de nuevo diseño cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos, así como platos, vasos, utensilios de cocina y utensilios, todo lo que necesita para comidas caseras. Y, una lavadora y secadora apiladas también están en la villa para la comodidad de los huéspedes.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cómoda cama King Size para garantizar una buena noche de sueño con un televisor de pantalla plana. El baño tiene una ducha de azulejos de nuevo diseño.

El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama King size con TV de pantalla plana. El segundo baño privado tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha con un nuevo y moderno diseño de azulejos.

Ubicado a solo una cuadra y media de South Forest Beach, podrá caminar o andar en bicicleta lejos de la arena y a solo unos pasos de una hermosa piscina y canchas de tenis. Esta villa también está convenientemente ubicada a 1/2 milla de Coligny Plaza, una meca de tiendas, restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento.

Great family get away

Spacious and Clean

7701 Tree Tops is a ground floor unit. The unit is spacious and very clean. Kitchen has everything you need including an air fryer! The pool is literally outside the back porch, which is screen in! Both bathrooms are amazing with chair height toilets and updated showers! We drove to Coligny to go the beach which was less than a mile. Others reviews talked about the flooring and noisy upstairs neighbors. The floors are fine and look updated. As for upstairs-you can hear walking from the unit above. I assume it's from whatever the flooring is made of. Also, from the parking area to this unit is about a 75 to 100 yard walk. Which isn't bad. But if you travel heavy just FYI. Overall great place and would recommend.

Beach Vacay

Overall, we had a great time at this location. There was a spot in the floor that was especially worrisome, and we contacted property management and they quickly came to try and remedy the problem. The floors at this property is definitely something that the owner needs to address. In addition, two of the lightbulbs were out and the tubing for the AC vent in the master bedroom had separated from the vent. Again, everything was addressed by the management company in a very timely fashion. The walk to the beach was a little further than I would have liked, but not a deal breaker. Overall, the place was really nice and our family had a good time. I would definitely stay here again. I would give it 4.5 stars if possible, not quite 5 because of the glitches on our arrival.

We love HHi

This was our 7th trip to HHI and our 1st time staying in South Beach. We enjoyed the location very much. The only thing that needs attention is the floor of the unit. There were soft spots, there was especially one place as you enter the kitchen. We placed a chair over it, because we were afraid it would fall through. Other than that we were very happy with the rental and had a very nice vacation!

Great but no gym

Overall communication with the company was great, however the BIGGEST selling point and why we picked this location was the gym that was advertised with the indoor pool. When we checked in and I asked for instructions to access the gym and was informed that it’s closed permanently. I know Covid has done a lot of this but it should def be removed from the advertisement. If we had known that, we would have went with our other option. Def make sure you bring extra detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc if staying longer than a few days. Especially if you have kids. We did due to other reviews, so it was fine. We actually ended up staying a whole extra week, so obviously our stay was overall good! It’s nice being so close to the pool, and the beach only ten min away.

It was a very nice stay at this property

The condo was really nice. Beautiful scenery as far as trees and the squirrels. Upstairs noise didn’t bother us but I guess it might some. Unit was well stocked other than towels and wash cloths. Would recommend a few more of each. Only other negative than noisy dryer is the kitchen lighting is very dim. Nice ramp to get to beach.

Nice unit in a good location

The apartment was very nicely laid out and furnished, and had a direct view of the pool. The walk to the beach takes about 15 minutes. We were surprised that there were only 2 beach chairs provided (the canvas kind that fold like an umbrella) and two little boogie boards. Not sufficient for four adults on the beach. An umbrella would have been nice too. As others have said, the noise from the apartment above is a problem. We dealt with it by sleeping when they were sleeping. I assume this is a deficiency for all the apartments in the Tree Tops development. Overall the location was convenient to beach, golf, shopping, and dining and we had a nice stay.

Hilton Head Getaway

The condo is beautiful. It is very spacious and most comfortable. This kitchen was furnished with all the cooking tools we needed. The porch overlooks one of the pools. It is a short walk to the beach or Coligny. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at HHI. I would definitely stay here again.

Good but could use some accessories

Let me start by saying the condo itself is lovely - well decorated and updated. The outside is not kept up and is very buggy - make sure to close the doors ASAP once you’re inside or you’ll wake up with tons of mosquito bites. The beach is a bit of a hike - about 10 minutes which isn’t too bad but it will take you exactly as long as you think it will to get there. Be aware you will need to provide many things yourself - paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The condo has a decent stock of kitchenware but no large pan - for instance, we had to split up 3 lbs of beef. Not a big deal but be aware of it. The washer and dryer are great and SO handy but be aware that the dryer is so loud, you cannot carry on a conversation while it is running. All these things are small - the major sticking point for us was the fact that at a beach condo, in a beach resort, zero beach things were provided. No chairs, wagon, umbrella, body boards - nothing that someone who doesn’t live at the beach would have. Sure you can buy them or rent them but when we had friends rent a condo in the same complex have all these things provided for them…it’s clearly a large gap in service. I don’t need a beach wagon except once every few years so expecting guests to purchase or rent all that is impractical. The management company was fine - be aware of the very narrow check in window - and easy to deal with.

Great Stay!!

We absolutely loved this property! Other reviews are true- you can hear the people above, but we just left the TVs on. There’s nothing the owners can do, it’s just the property. The kitchen has everything you need as far as utensils and cooking/storage ware. The owners labeled where everything goes, which makes it so easy and helpful! The property is beautiful and updated. The beds are super comfy, personally slept in both and have no complaints. You can see the pool from the screened in porch. And loved how close the access was! You can walk to the beach if you wish but we chose to park at coligny and use that beach. Honestly we would rent this property again in an instant but hey year we need to bring our pup as we are planning to extend into two full weeks. We have been coming up the island for 12 and loved this facility! Don’t book, save the weeks for us!!

First floor....thunderous noise from above

This was the least restful trip we have ever taken. The “family” above is paced & ran the floors from early morning to late at night. We asked for a little consideration but never got any. It was brutal! Could not sleep. Could not watch TV in peace. It was maddening and quite honestly if we had been In a hotel I would have insisted we have our room moved. We will never stay here again which is a shame because the apartment was quite lovely and very clean. Definitely not worth the money we paid for the 3 nights.

Very nice condo

This condo is very pretty and nicely decorated. Nicely laid out and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. Be aware that besides salt and pepper, there is nothing else in the kitchen for you to use. So bring your own spices etc. The condo is very close to the beach. You could walk or take a bike. The area immediately around the condo is not that great for biking, besides Biking on the beach.

Great place, clean and comfortable

We arrived late and had no problem checking in to condo. Condo was clean, comfortable, and just as listed. Ammenities were great and we wanted for nothing. We enjoyed our time there... very relaxing. This was our first time renting condo. Our only minor problems... 1. The parking area is not close to condo, so unloading and loading took a little time. If the weather had been bad, it would have been harder. I have a vision impairment so navigating the narrow and uneven pavement between condo and parking lot was a little challenging. 2. The neighbor or owner upstairs and their family (at least 1 kid) ran, stomped, tromped, etc. across their space all day. Whatrver they needed, was always on the other end of the place. It started as early as 6:30 am one day and went until 9-10 pm each night. It was annoying, but we chose to just deal with it and not confront them. We were there to relax and didn't need any drama. Overall, we were very pleased the accommodations and fantastic location for seeing the sights. We would definitely stay here again. We haven't had a vacation in 2 years and due to covid had not had a full day off in a year. So this was a much needed vacation. Thank you!

Great get-away condo!

We loved our visit to Hilton Head and the condo! The condo itselfvwas beautifully decorated, laid out perfectly, well stocked, and spotless. Since we’d never been there, we weren’t aware of how far away the beach access was but still within a 10-min walk. Only disappointments were the pool area was closed for renovation and the screened porch was covered in pollen, but otherwise the condo was great.
