No se ha pasado por alto ningún detalle para hacer de esta residencia ideal para vacaciones familiares en Sea Pines.

Desde el 23 de marzo de 2019 hasta el 2 de septiembre de 2019, el Sea Pines Resort anunció que ya no permitirá que ningún huésped alquilado se estacione en el club de playa o en el lote de desbordamiento del club de plantación. En su lugar, han establecido un sistema de camionetas que irá directamente de un lote designado a la playa y regresará continuamente entre las 9:00 am y las 5:00 pm. Great location for RBC

We stayed here to watch the pga golf tournament. Perfect location, we rode our bikes, super fun. The property manager was great and the beds were very comfortable. Main negative was the place needed someone to clean the outside areas. Also there was a 75 per day charge to use the hot tub so we didn’t use it.

Perfect!

This house is gorgeous. We vacation in Sea Pines a couple times a year, and this rental is my favorite so far. The location is perfect and the house was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be renting again!

Beautiful home for family vacation

My husband, two kids, mother-in-law and nephew enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The spaces are comfortable, modern and beautifully decorated. Everything you need is in the home- dishes, cooking gadgets, laundry baskets, and beach towels and chairs. The property managers were very responsive to texts and we had no issues. This was our first time in Hilton Head. We weren’t used to staying at a property off the beach. It took us a bit to figure out the trolley system, but once we found the trolley website and maps the location didn’t bother us. We also rented bikes- one with a carrier on the back. This was our favorite way to get ourselves and all our stuff to the beach.

Very professional experience with all information given prior to arrival. The house was clean and well kept. We did have some problems with the hot tub heating up but they were very helpful and sent someone out to help. 10/10!

Incredible place

The house was very well appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable for a ten day stay at the beach. Well renovated with lots of space for a big family, a well stocked kitchen, and the cleanest rental I think I’ve ever been in. We’ll probably be looking to rent there again because it was far and away the nicest place we’ve rented in Hilton head.

Stay at 1 Magnolia in Sea Pines

House was well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of room for 4 people to spread out. Comfortable furniture. Would recommend to friends and family. Only cons: hot tub not heated. Hot tub NEEDS a handrail somewhere . Bottom was very slippery (dirty) and husband fell getting in. No injuries, thank goodness! But could have been bad! Enjoyed our stay (even though it rained 3 days.

Heritage Getaway

Convenient location to Harbor Town and the beach. Perfect size home for our family. Excellent service from property manager. The spa was an added bonus after long days of walking at the RBC Heritage Tourney.

Great Property in Greenwood Forest

This house was great for us. It is in a quiet neighborhood and one story was great for my mom. We found it to be very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pot, pans, etc. It did however only have a pack of coffee filters and a set of salt and pepper shakers. We did not find things like plastic wrap or foil. We were on the island for a family wedding. It was very convenient to the locations of the events. The bike path was just a tenth of a mile away down a wooded path.

Introduction of grandchild to the ocean

Grandpa and grandma taking children to the beach. The property was in great shape. The location was excellent. Would be a little nicer to have some beach chairs and umbrella available for use. I realize storage with somewhat related.

Family Vacation

We gathered family from North and South and had a great time at HHI. The house worked out great for us. We either walked or road bikes to the beach. It's just a 5 minute bike ride and a 15-20 min walk. (There is a short-cut to the bike trail just behind the house). We only had one minor maintenance issue. We called right away and they had someone out that same morning to address the problem. There are even a bunch of games in a living room cabinet for a rainy day or family game night!

Great escape but...

The home was beautiful and in a great location. However, the community pool was very dirty and needed upkeep. The lounge chairs were filthy. Also, the grill at the house had caked on food from previous guests. The deck at the house needed to be cleaned up as well. The kitchen was well stocked, but only 2 garbage bags for a week and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

1 Wildwood Court

Overall we had a very good experience at one Wildwood Court. The beds were extremely comfortable in the kitchen and living room were really nice. I would encourage the owners to improve carpet in the master bedroom and fix the screen door on the back sliding glass doors. We really enjoyed our time at the sea Pines cottage.

Very nice property

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Very clean home. The home does need some updating (the deck and side steps are in bad shape) but a very nice house for the price. The bike ride to the beach is about 10 minutes away but we enjoyed the trip everyday!
