Esta villa es nueva en el mercado y se renovó por completo en junio de 2017. Top de la línea de materiales y acabados se utilizaron en esta hermosa villa de 1 dormitorio frente al mar. Con una cama de matrimonio, 2 literas gemelas y un sofá cama Queen, puede dormir 6. La unidad cuenta con una gran TV LED en la sala de estar, y una segunda TV en el dormitorio, así como una cocina totalmente equipada y todos los muebles nuevos.

Breakers está situado directamente frente al mar justo al otro lado de la calle de Coligny Plaza. Este complejo cuenta con dos famosos bares de playa, Pool Bar Jim's al lado a la izquierda, y el Tiki Hut a la derecha, por lo que es una ubicación privilegiada para relajarse en la playa. Pros: Great location close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store, quiet pool area, bikes included, lovely view of the ocean, close to the elevator, afternoon sun on the balconyCons: unit needs updating, LR furniture is dated, LR carpet is grubby, BR mattress soft and lumpy, bathroom tap has a slow leak and water pooled on the countertopIf some updating was done to the unit, we'd give it 5 stars.

Needs some new furniture. Sofa very uncomfortable. Wish some Breakers units had walk in shower rather than bath tub/shower. Much more suitable for seniors renting for the winter months but beautiful, convenient area. We will be back just into a more recently updated unit

Great location

Unit was as advertised. Great location, everything in the unit worked as it should. Toilet seat lid was broken on one side and unit was not sparkling clean (but definitely not dirty). Only real concern that I did not ask to be addressed is that I think the door code is just reused from rental to rental (but this could be incorrect as I did not ask).

Enjoyed the trip

We stay in this property every year when we go down to HHI, and it was just as pleasant this year as always. The location is great and super convenient to most everything. We always enjoy our trip and this condo is perfect for us. We never have any trouble or issues.

Will definitely be returning

We were very happy with our stay. This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our toddler. All instructions for check in and check out were very easily accessible. We didn’t have any issues. Our only suggestion for the property owner would be to replace the couch. It is starting to look worn. Everything else was fine and the main bed was very comfortable. Upon arrival we received our parking pass from the security guard at the property. He was very nice and helpful. The pool area was nicely kept. If you have a toddler or small child the 2 ft baby pool was fantastic. The bikes are at the property which is nice, but if you need a toddler seat you have to call the bike company and pay for them to deliver it. They are on the other side of the island so you may want to do this as soon as possible. Everything was so convenient to this property, we barely drove anywhere. There is just so much to do around us. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great location, needs updating

The best thing about the condo was the location...close to the beach and area restaurants. There is good storage in a relatively small space. While remodeled in 2017, the furniture and bedding seems old and outdated. The photos were a bit deceiving. The dishwasher did not work, however it was replaced quickly and we were impressed with how the property manager handled this. The WIFI code listed was incorrect and we had to call for one to use. The dumpster was overflowing with garbage from the day we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked for the most part; smaller bowls would have been appreciated. All in all, we felt like we were staying in our grandmother's condo at the beach.

Best trip

We had such a great time. The Breakers was very convenient and the location was key as we had 3 teenagers with us! The property we stayed in was well decorated and updated. The only suggestion we have is that the balcony furniture needs replacing. The security person on the premise was also nice to see. We plan to return to the Breakers again next year! It was perfec!

Awesome Condo for a Couple

Unit is great for a couple, no children. We used the hallway bunk beds to store suitcases, change of clothes between swim wear and casual wear, etc. This idea alone kept us better organized within the smaller unit and made the size a non-issue. If children involved, very economical if you don't mind a place on the smaller side. Minor improvements to make the place even better would be coat hooks in the hallway, towel hook on the back of the bathroom door. Bottom line is we would definitely stay there again!

Great location and experience - just a few minor issues

Clean and well-situated in the heart of the action. Beautiful beach view from balcony. Efficient use of a small space that was comfortable for our family of 4. One broken patio chair which was swapped out quickly and only a few other minor issues (leaky washer, TV in master not working, one side table with a broken leg). Easy in and out with parking right below. Would do it again and highly recommend.

What we didnt like was the TV setup. My wife is not as attracted to the beach as I am, she likes staying in the rook getting caught up on shows. TV in bedroom never worked, washer dryer leaked, need high chairs on the deck like other units to view ocean. Little small, but if these changes were made, we would consider since it's just us. Staff were nice and parking was simple. The place was clean.

Things I wish I had known…

The unit is in the middle of it all. Walking or biking distance to everything you would need. With that said it was also very busy and the beaches were packed. Just something I wish I had taken into consideration with Covid. The unit does not have an oven, which I didn’t notice when booking and with Covid we planned on cooking most our meals. Luckily, I brought our air fryer and all was well. This unit is on the 3rd floor, beautiful view, but no actual patio furniture to sit on the balcony and enjoy it. Also, the elevator was broken/under construction our whole stay which made lugging beach gear, groceries, and luggage up and down 3 floors a real pain. The unit is updated which was nice but upon checking in was absolutely filthy. The floors hadn’t been swept or mopped at all, the sheets had hairs all on them, the comforters were stained and unwashed, and things hadn’t been dusted in at least a year with all the dust caked everywhere (fans/headboards/pics/mirrors, etc). I spent a solid day of our vacation cleaning and washing all the sheets and comforters. The unit only had a broom, so I personally purchased a swiffer and requested a vacuum, which the rental company happily accommodated. I will say that our check in email specifically said if there were cleaning issues upon arrival then to call as they have staff that will rectify. However, my concern is that apparently this is a consistent problem that they have to even say that, and if they couldn’t clean somewhat properly the first time what would be better about the second time? Because I didn’t trust that the dishes would be clean after the state of the unit I went to wash all the dishes and the dishwasher was broken. Travis was helpful in getting maintainence to evaluate but it ultimately required a new part which had to be ordered so we didn’t end up having a dishwasher til halfway through our stay. Which again, was an inconvenience as we were cooking most of our meals because of Covid. The toaster in the unit was half broken. There is not an actual dining table in the unit, and the pop up/fold table that is pictured is broken so my family ate at the coffee table. Lastly, the dryer takes multiple cycles to actually dry anything and the washer leaks at the bottom, which browsing through the guest book has been a constant problem for the last few years. Ultimately, this unit has so much potential with a few small fixes and a new cleaning company this rental would be perfect!
