1464 Sound Villa - Gorgeous views of the Calibogue Sound!

This gorgeous 5 bedroom, 4 bath town home is located in the popular South Beach area of Sea Pines Resort and has lovely views of the Calibogue Sound and Daufuskie Island. The main level features the living area with wet bar and wine cooler and access to your private deck. This room flows into the dining area which can seat up to 10 people at the custom hand painted dining table. Next to the dining room is the open kitchen which has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a stunning subway tile backsplash. The kitchen bar has 4 bar stools for additional seating. Off the kitchen is a king bedroom which accesses a full bathroom that includes a walk in shower and quartz vanity.

Upstairs on the top level of this lovely home are 3 bedrooms. The king bedroom at the top of the stairs has a private en-suite bath. Another bedroom features 2 sets of bunk beds, perfect for the kids in your family! Also there is the master suite which features a double vanity and walk in shower. On the lower level is a bonus family room with access to the patio. The patio has a table and chairs that seat up to 4 people and a gas grill. The fifth bedroom is located on this level and is outfitted with 2 double beds. This room also has a private bathroom. Walk to the beach or walk to the Salty Dog for a cold drink after a day in the sun!

1464 Sound Villa

1464 Sound Villa is a great location with a wonderful view. The full bathroom on the main level was extremely small, no shelves, making it difficult for the family members (in the main floor bedroom) to use it. The cleanliness wasn't the greatest. Lots of crumbs under the glass top on dining room table. The view and location were terrific and the layout of the villa allowed guests to have their own space.

Best location on Hilton Head

Our family spent a week at this rental. We ranged in ages from 76-15months. It was a wonderful family get away!! The location is perfect!! We had beach access just steps away from our rental, tennis and pickle ball just blocks away, and plenty of bike trails to explore. The weather wasn’t the best, rain showers on a daily basis, but we made the best of it. The condo we rented was well equipped and very comfortable. I would recommend this place to any family looking for a get away.

The south end of Sea Pines is quite. The view from this villa was perfect. This villa was nicely updated. The sea life entertainment was fun to watch from the beach. Easy walk to The Salty Dog.

Family Vacation

The home was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. We had a nice view of the sound with a short walk to the water. Since the property is in the sound there aren’t any beach waves, my grandchildren, 11 and two 4 year olds, enjoyed being able to kayak and swim in the calmer water. The pool is right across from the front door and is really nice as it has shaded areas with tables for when you want a break from the sun. The trash dumpsters are also across from the front door and they were not emptied until the day we left. They were overflowing with trash bags which had liquids running out so there was definitely an awful odor when you walked out. The ice maker only makes enough ice for a few glasses so you’ll need to get bags of ice. When stripping the beds to leave, we found a blood stain on the mattress protector on the queen bed off the kitchen and one of the pillows also had what looked like a urine stain. Linens should be replaced when stains cannot be laundered out. If not for the stains, I would have given this property a five star review. With assurances that the linens were replaced, we would rent this home again.

Spacious villa near South Beach Marina

Loved the location of this nicely updated villa! We were a family of 10 adults and everyone had plenty of space. Beautiful view of the Calibogue Sound and steps from the beach. The property management company was pleasant to work with and made check in/check out very easy. A couple of complaints: Most of the mattresses were encased in a plastic cover which we found uncomfortable (I’ve rented many homes and never encountered that before.). A lack of lamps in the two living spaces. The front door keypad lock was very difficult to lock/unlock. All in all a very nice home that we would rent again.

Another great stay

This was our second stay in 1464 Sound Villa. It's a great property. Through the past forty years we have literally stayed all over Sea Pines. The Sound Villa location is wonderful, easy walk to the beach and to South Beach. The nightly crowd that gathers to watch the sunset over Dafuskie is a testament to the beauty. This property is comfortable, well equipped and clean. The reservation/check in process was a dream.
