Wedding Getaway

We stayed at this wonderful condo in Cashiers for a wedding, and it was an amazing experience! The beds were super comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed. Initially, we were concerned about our trip due to Hurricane Helene, but the property manager was fantastic at communicating with us, which put our minds at ease. The highlight was sipping coffee on the porch while watching deer and chipmunks. The fall colors made it even more spectacular, and I highly recommend visiting during this season. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return!

Beautiful condo in Sapphire. Beautifully decorated and clean. Close to waterfall hikes. Grocery store a little over 3 miles. Highlands about 14 miles away. Near a nice small lake and golf course.

Great Stay

The place is very nice. A split level layout with the primary suite in the lower level, second bedroom at the entry level and the kitchen/living area up a few steps. The decks are very private with wooded views to the south. You’re 10 minutes from downtown Cashiers with several restaurants and breweries in between. Beautiful golf courses everywhere!

Perfect retreat

Great experience! Loved the neighborhood with hike around the lake. Kim was an excellent communicator letting us know when the unit was ready early (even without a request). Very cozy with an updated rustic flare. Definitely central location for the hiking we did and comfortable space (updated kitchen) to just hang around, eat and play games or just relax. We also enjoyed the fireplace in the master bedroom and the large shower. Thank you Kim!!

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was nicely remodeled and very comfortable. The location was good, with easy access to Cashiers, Highlands and nature trails. There was road noise from the highway but other than that all was great.

Beautiful Townhome

We had a wonderful time staying at this townhome. The property is beautiful, easy to get to, and within walking distance to Fairfield Lake. We didn't really need the amenities pass because we didn't use the pools or the other amenities, but we did hike around the lake. I can't say enough about how happy we were with this property. The owner has thought of everything you may possibly need. The bed in the primary bedroom was the most comfortable bed ever.

Everything — including salt to help us clear ice around the car — provided in this condo. Excellent communication with property owner. Great location convenient to Cashiers and Highlands. Hope to return when weather is warmer to enjoy nearby golf and hiking trails.

Short sweet visit

We were looking throughout the area for the first time and the location was very good, the host was easy to deal with, the property was as listed. Told the host immediately upon arrival that the screen was ripped, she apologized. The back deck could have been cleaner and set for the rental… it wasn’t. Otherwise nice place.

Great place!

We loved our 3 nights in this condo! It is just as the pictures look. We were 2 couples and it was great to have 2 very spacious and nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The area was beautiful and there was a good bit to do here. We would come back to this condo again.

Colorful Mountain Stay

Wonderful Vacation Rental

My daughters and I so enjoyed our time here and hope to return again in the future. This place is a real VRBO gem! There has been a lot of tasteful renovations (that bathroom!) and the place was spotless and felt deeply clean, which is a rare find when pets are welcome. The views of the green covered mountains and woods were beautiful and relaxing. And the amount of privacy really surprising since this is a townhome. Beds were super comfortable and they have really well stocked kitchens and bathrooms. We spent our time finding waterfalls and enjoying the Sapphire resort amenities such as hot tub, pools, lake rentals and restaurants. Last of all the owner is so kind and responsive! We would highly recommend!!!

Enjoyed our stay

The facility was clean and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. We assumed we would have a view of the lake, as the pictures showed, but found that not to be the case--disappointed. Also we had issues accessing the TVs, even though we followed the instructions left for us. Overall, we would recommend it and will rent again.

Fantastic place

The property is completely renovated, is immaculate and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Kim was great to deal with and super friendly. The location is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. Easy access to great amenities including a nice hike around the lake. Great place to stay!!!!
