Great location!

The hotel is in a great location if you want to ride the bus or metro to DC. It is right across the street so is very convenient. The hotel itself met our needs. Our first room had a problem with the a/c, on a very hot week in Alexandria and they changed our room the next morning. The breakfast is very good, my grandchildren loved the pool.

This was my 5th stay at the property. The front desk was fast, cordial, and efficient. The bartenders were friendly and professional. The morning breakfast was satisfying and the cooks were friendly and very accommodating. Always a good place to stay at!

They came to the rescue when we needed a place to stay after originally booking a scam of an apartment through Expedia that we had to vacate. We checked in exhausted at midnight. The employees at the hotel were excellent at running a hotel. We had a relaxing stay. Loved the breakfast, happy hour, metro and trolly proximity. Hotel was a bit dated but clean and relaxing. Just a wonderful stay. Honestly, the property is a little dated, it didn't matter at all. Location across from metro station was perfect, super cute walkable area, very manageable distance from dc where most of our activities were. Staff and service were just simply fantastic, so helpful and genuinely kind, even to the ladies at the omelet bar in the morning. Atrium is lovely and open, and almost every time we walked through there were people using the space to work or socialize. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Unfriendly Front Desk Staff

The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff were not friendly or helpful, with the exception of one man who helped us get into the hotel parking garage one night.

The only thing I noticed was that the suite had noticeable damages. The wall paper in certain areas was damaged.
