Newly built home with amazing views from every room. Whether you’re headed to the lake to relax or to entertain with family and friends this home will surly leave impressing memories for all. With a grand entrance you can’t help but catch sight of soaring 18 foot ceilings and a panoramic view of the water. You will find this home is located on the south end of Toledo Bend, Texas side in Mill Creek area. This waterfront retreat is located in a deep water cove with open water that is very easy to navigate in and out. You will find that this home has an open modern concept with kitchen overlooking large living space with floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to entertain, including a 13 foot island with plenty of seating for everyone. This house offers three nice bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed or two, and three bathrooms including a relaxing bathtub, The living room includes a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests or a cozy movie night. Guests can enjoy a nice blend of company or can escape to loft area where additional entertainment amenities can be found. Whether you’re relaxing outdoors on the covered deck overlooking the water or planning your day, this house provides a peaceful sanctuary to be enjoyed by all.
