Perfect place to stay in Helsinki.

Check in was a little slow but acceptable. The rooms and ambiance are superb. And breakfast is excellent except they didn’t have pink donuts this time. 😊

Very nice place and beautiful rooms. Staff was very kind but we were told a few things that weren’t correct. A desk person told us drop off laundry by 9pm and we would have it back the next day. We tried to drop it off and because it was a weekend it wasn’t the case. Also, it was very confusing where uber picks up. It says holiday inn and the desk person said just wait in front of the grand central train station doors. This wasn’t the case. The holiday inn is just around the corner. Uber was kind enough to figure out where we were. Uber is sooo much cheaper than a taxi.

Next to the train station so perfect for travelers. Airport train ride is only €5. The hotel is very nice and newly renovated. No telephone in the room. Temperature control doesn’t really work but it felt fine in the room

Great location and a great base for our 3 day visit. We upgraded our room and it was well worth it as it was so comfortable and had a great luxury feel. The shower is worth a special mention, it was so good! The breakfast was excellent space and choice very good. Our only gripe was the bar closed on a Sunday which was strange. The bar staff though were lovely and very helpful. Thank you for a great stay.
