Small apartment but it was well equipped and comfortable. Communication was good but found it a little daunting having to negotiate app for check in etc. however the concierge who was there during the week was extremely helpful and very obliging. On a tram line with only a few stops to town which was very easy to negotiate. I did request an upgrade long before we checked in which showed in app but only a few days before checking in, the upgrade had disappeared from the app. When I checked, I was told that it wasn’t available. However after check in I received several emails requesting payment for the upgrade. This was sorted by the concierge but would have been easier if there was a traditional reception, I do understand though, this is how prices are kept lower. All in all, value for money

Convenient location & stay.

I stayed in 2 types of room: standard studio & family style (when my friend was with me) - I prefer the family style the best bc it’s more spacious. My furnace wasn’t working in the standard studio so had to ask for a portable heater which wasn’t avail til 3rd night. Nonetheless the kitchen and apt style is very conevenient and in the ground floor is a 24 hour grocery store. Within building is a pizzeria and sushi restaurant. Walking distance to cathedral and sky wheel (or train stops up front) … Mattress is comfy but wish there was a foam pillow option. But they think of everything including yoga mats in school. If you book here don’t forget to log out of your Apps/Subscritions - which every person seemed to forget to do

The check-in and checkout processes were very easy. The communication via their app was very good and the responses were very quick and accurate. Even though it rain the entire week while we were here, we enjoyed the stay very much.

Absolutely brilliant stay - we LOVED it

Bob W KOTI Katajanokka was absolutely brilliant. We booked it as it was so close to the Viking Port (6min walk!) but we didn't realise just how easy a walk it also was to the main part of the city. The studio was amazing- well furnished with loads of brilliant touches (a free Bob W canvas bag, access to a polaroid camera and loads more). We actually decided to cut our evening out short so we could go and hang in the apartment- it was that great!

Excellent location right at the tram station, near the ferry terminal and everywhere else you can walk to. Nice decor and great to be able to do the laundry. Quick and easy communication and I highly recommend this property.

Had a bit of a frustrating experience getting access to the property and room. There’s no front desk and I had trouble getting the door access codes. I had to use their chat/WhatsApp to get help. They responded within a few minutes to the chat and then everything worked fine but not a great way to start the stay. The actual room was very comfy and nice. Location is close to the eastern ferry terminal with a tram line right out front to get anywhere in town. Really great neighbourhood vibes and the 24h grocery store downstairs was very convenient.

It was a fantastic apartment, we had a few issues with the door not locking properly but was resolved quite quickly but we did feel the need to put the chain on at night as we didn’t know if the door was actually locked. I would of liked a safe in the room though

Bob W was amazing. The suite was perfect for our needs 2 adults & 2 teenagers. A few items missing from kitchen & brought immediately. A few minutes from Central Market and numerous transportation options. Just disappointed that Bob wasn't a real person.
