The staff was so friendly and really attentive. I really enjoyed that. However, the room and the hotel are definitely older and outdated looking. Used the pool, the water was good but the hot tub was kind of falling apart, the tiles were missing. It was not very pleasant. Breakfast options were standard and convenient to grab and go and coffee all day!

My 5 star rating covers the obvious categories. I appreciated the heated pool/hot tub area. I'm here to take our grandchildren swimming. The breakfast was an additional consideration. I would suggest updating your website photos as the white exterior with blue trim is definitely a facelift. Signage from the interstate could be better. I followwd the hospital signage since my family steered me in that direction.

This hotel is outdated, dirty and the beds are so old and need replaced. We ended up staying here because our original hotel overbooked us. We were thankful not to sleep in our car but our car may have been cleaner and more comfortable.

Room had some unfortunate uncleanliness. Shower had last guests hair all over, pull out bed was full of dirt and crumbs, hot water ran out, and bed was hard and smashed. The pillows were nice so that saved the day.
