Two week driving trip in Southern Germany and this was the best hotel. Staff was beyond friendly. Great location to our dinner and the city in general. Comfy bed. Only on floor 1 but they have an elevator. Can drop off bags in front then go park.

The most beautiful hotel, a must if you are staying in Heidelberg. Excellent location and very friendly staff. Lovely clean rooms and a beautiful cozy atmosphere close to everything. Definitely recommend!

A classic Hotel. Perfect location. Exactly what we thought a " typical" German hotel would be. The staff at the front desk were so very nice and accommodating. I will stay here again, next time I'm in Heidelberg.

Exceptional Hotel

As other reviewers have stated, service was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The front desk person came out and helped me when my suitcase kept getting stuck on cobblestones out front. We had two rooms, views from both were amazing.

This is a very nice hotel and the front desk staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The only downside was the staff member in the buffet area. Her general presentation was disinterested and she didn't seem to want to be there or want us there.

The hotel is located steps from the Old Bridge! My wife and I had a great time at the hotel. We were very lucky to have been there while the entire town was celebrating the anniversary of the Old Bridge and it was awesome! There were food and beer stands around the city and the hotel. Lots of great German food! We walked every where without a problem. The castle was an amazing experience and so was walking all over Old Town. We definitely loved our stay at Hotel Holländer Hof!!!

The staff was very helpful, especially being able to speak English and help answer questions and information I needed to navigate around town. I give the staff an A +. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and overall very comfortable. Could not beat the location for walking and exploring the town. I enjoyed my stay and hope to be back one day.
