Absolutely wonderful stay! My only complaint is the air can only be turned down to 20 degrees Celsius. It got pretty warm on the upper floors. The location is perfect, staff was polite and helpful.

The breakfast was very basic. The room was incredibly warm, with no daylight. At night it was impossible to sleep because of the noise outside. I was staying in room 1 and I could hear everything that was happening outside, and on Friday and Saturday nights I barely sleep because of the people going out, shouting, screaming. I could hear a concert happening nearby. The room had zero soundproofing. Some of the lightbulbs were not working and lampshades were covered in dust. The room was huge and the location was great, but I have not enjoyed my stay. On my last night I woke up bitten all over my body. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again.

This was a perfect stay. The hotel was lovely, staff all very helpful and a very good breakfast choice. Excellent location, very central. Hotel organised the transport to and from the airport for us (for an additional fee)and that worked very well too.

This is a wonderful, quirky, fun little hotel. My only objection was the room temperature. Due to the room location as an all interior unit, fresh air was not possible and control of the HVAC was difficult at best.

The room and the hotel are beautifully appointed with traditional/older style furniture. We loved that it was very different to the usual beige, black and chrome of so many bland modern hotels/rooms. Cleaning/housekeeping was spotless. Very good security - but the whole area feels very safe anyway. Breakfast was excellent. Reception staff were excellent. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and sightseeing nearby. We easily filled three fantastic days. Our only real criticism of the hotel is the bar - while it’s cute and quirky, service was very poor, and we wouldn’t bother again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s a beautiful building in a great setting. The rooms are lovely and the service is great. I appreciated the coffee in the room, while husband could go and have breakfast! This was important to us. Decent and not too expensive minibar. Great location. I’d stay here again.

A thermostat was in the room but there was no air conditioning. This may be typical however why is there a thermostat with no air conditioning? Thought that the room would cool off (thermostat set on 20) but woke up at 11pm sweating. When questioned, staff member said, "Well, it was working yesterday." Disappointing service for a so called four star hotel. Cannot recommend.

We cannot fault this beautiful hotel. Our room was gorgeous with a beautiful en suite. The hotel is super clean. The breakfasts were everything you would want. The location is just off the main square where you have a wonderful choice of places to eat. You’re in walking distance of the Danube. Simply can’t fault this hotel on anything. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here. The staff are lovely, we needed our train tickets printed, and it was done in a flash, we needed help with our bolt app for the taxis, and again help on hand with a smile.
