Perfect hotel for families
This hotel is beautiful and the staff super helpful. They explained us all the fun thing to go in Amsterdam. They sell the tours there and explain you how to use the public transportation. Super clean and family friendly hotel and 25 minutes walk from center of city which was great for use since we did not want to be closer to the craziness.

The first night was really bad it’s so hot inside the room because we are in the -1 level so it didn’t have window to open. Even their staff said he felt the heat when we first opened the door. He brought us a buckets of ice but they don’t have fans. They confirmed the AC was broken. All of us were so hot and can’t sleep well. Then I’ve talked to them about it, they mentioned they are fully booked and one of the room will be available after the guests checkout out. I told them to text or email me so I can’t come back to pack my stuff to move to another room. I didn’t get any updates for the whole day. When we went back to the hotel after our activities, they told me they packed and moved my stuff to the new room. WHAT?? I was so shocked to hear that. I told them it’s not ok to touch our personal items. They were very apologetic. They tried to resolve it by refund some of the hotel fees. Staff were very nice. However, packing my stuff was a big no no. We went back to the hotel around 1pm to rest a bit because it was raining so hard. Then we heard all kinds of remodeling noise. Drilling, pounding,etc. it doesn’t bother me much cos I didn’t nap but my husband said it’s too noisy. They also won’t serve lunch or dinner. Breakfast was really good. Staff also helped to book a van for the ride to the airport. The beds were comfy. This hotel may earn the last spot on my 4 stars hotel preference list.

This is a great place for seeing Amsterdam. Walking distance to lots of things (Heineken Experience, stores, etc.) and good local places to eat. The staff is amazing and so welcoming. The ONLY think I could pick at was the hair dryers in the rooms need upgraded, but that was a tiny thing! We will stay there again!

Hotel is located nearby several tram lines that take you anywhere. But you can find a strip of shopping street just 5 minutes away. Amsterdam is also walkable but watch out for speedy bikes around you. The hotel is modern with excellent amenities and topped with exceptional guest service and very friendly staff who are there to help you. Highly recommend.
