This is by far the worst hotel we have EVER stayed at! We has bird fecal matter all over out patio and patio chairs, the bed was so uncomfortable we had to check out several days early. Would not recommend to ANYONE!

Mold in bathroom

The staff was nice. There were multiple mold spots on the bathroom ceiling and they don't clean rooms during your stay. If staying multiple nights with family prepare for overflowing garbages and lots of towels to hang up.

The only complaint I have is how expensive it was to use the pool. Even after 6pm when it was a cheaper rate $23pp. When you have to pay for a family of 5 that adds up quickly. It would be nice to have it included in the room rate. The included breakfast also wasnt very good. Other then that we had a good time.

The property was great and good place to take kids. I was not impressed that I had water pouring into my bathroom from the ceiling due to the people upstairs leaving the tub running. I did not cause any issues and stayed in the room as there was no other rooms available on that floor and we had another family down there. I was told that I was get a refund or discount on the room and nothing happened. I had to pay full price. The property was expensive to start off with.

Hotel was great. The staff was super friendly. There is food close by outside the hotel area. Access to the waterpark from inaide the hotel. The beds could be upgraded. Ours felt like it was broken (sunken in) in the middle. Breakfast wasnt the best choice. No juice dispenser, so the juice was brought out in jugs and was warm.
