The pool areas were excellent. Hot tub excellent. Location to the Napilli beach was excellent. I would stay here again. We didnt need the a/c because there wasa nice breeze we could get through the room. The mattress was a bit lumpy and not extremely comfortable. It would have been nice to have a rug beside the bed and outside of the shower, but those are small things. The TV was excellent. 5 stars on that as we were there for the big kona storm. It would also have been nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit but the ones onsite were close and adequate. Very nice and quiet resort perfect for relaxing! It was nice to have beach towels and chairs available. It was an enjoyable stay.

Loved every minute!

We’ve stayed at Napili Shores before and loved it. C116 was another great stay. It was clean and comfortable and we loved the easy access to Napili Bay, the Gazebo restaurant, the Kapalua Coastal trail and every great view of the ocean! We always appreciate a full kitchen to cook and eat our meals and were impressed with the little things that were there like a bag of chip clips to close up our snacks bags. It’s the little things that matter! The unit was nice and cool, there was plenty of storage space for clothes, we loved the comfy beach chairs and beach umbrella and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Everything we Expected and more!

Very easy booking and check-in process. The property management team was very responsive via email prior to our arrival. The condo was clean, nice, and had everything we needed. There were beach towels, chairs, sand toys, paper towels, cleaning supplies, soaps, etc. I really appreciated the laundry detergent included in the room because the detergent offered in the community laundry room was for purchase in a machine that only accepted quarters… and I did not have any quarters! Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Nāpili Shores- Great place!

We loved our stay at your place!!! For future stays We would recommend a brighter light in bathroom sink area, a permanent light in bathroom/shower area (not motion activated) and repairing the A/C unit. The A/C didn’t work all of the time and would shut off at different time.

Love this property

3rd time we have stayed at Napoli Shores. This condo was the best one yet. We cook in a lot and it had everything I needed. Love the large TV as we had to watch the 49ers while we were there. Saw whales !

is this for the owner or the property owner?

I have stayed at many vrbos in many states.including maui.when traveling to maui, napili one would expect the rental to include snorkel gear, beach gear,ice chests,fishing gear, this unit had none.I bought a ice chest and left it in the unit when i checked out.also the coffee maker is antiquated garbage it takes ten minutes to make coffee.get a decent coffee pot.plus i stayed nine days.and was only given two trash bags.2. this is not enough for even one person for more than a week.stop being so cheap and supply trash bags. also the tv.the wi fi, and sat is old.no one uses sat.get a smart tv that runs off wi fi and ditch the sat. over all a pretty dis appointing place to rent.update and get with the vrbo program.

Location is perfect.

We’ve stayed at Napili Shores often. This unit is nice, situated in the middle of the property. Not too close to the popular and, normally, busy Gazebo restaurant. The listing stated there would be beach chairs, hardside cooler and starter kit of various bathroom amenities. Plus two fans. The reality was one broken beach chair, no cooler, one working fan, no bathroom kit of shampoo, soap, etc. half the switches in the unit didn’t turn on anything. We couldn’t tell how to turn on some of the lights as the switches weren’t marked and most didn’t work. Kitchen amenities were spot on. We cooked everyday and we had everything we needed. The fan in the fridge worked it’s way up against the panel of the freezer and would often make loud sounds, including overnight which made sleeping difficult, not to mention the astoundingly loud ice maker. Remember, you share a small room with appliances! We ended up removing the panel and adjusting the fan housing so we could sleep. We did report it to the management company. They recommended resetting the circuit breaker. Not even close to the issue. We knew that many people were canceling their trip to Maui due to the fires 3.5 weeks prior. We didn’t know that there would be no grilling, pools, or restaurants. We were fine with that as we never use the pools and we could cook on the stove. Our neighbors were displaced Lahaina families and we were in awe of their stories. Still recommend this unit. Maybe they will update the few missing items.

Wonderful Location in Napili Bay

The property location was perfect for us, we wanted something that felt like old school Maui, there is beautiful green grass and plumeria trees/flowers everywhere! There was a mix up in the condo code but we got it resolved fairly quickly. The condo was clean, but could use some tending in the bathroom. Lighting is dark and the shower needed some repair. The closet was full of personal items and “stuff”which felt uncomfortable. There were no sheets for the sofa bed l, so we had to contact the owner again, which they delivered still packaged, but not washed (we thought that was strange since we booked for our family of 3). Other then that we had a nice stay. The patio was perfect, including cooler and chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plates and accessories we made breakfast and bbq’ed a few times.

We loved Napili bay, it was the perfect vacation destination. Hanging out on the property or taking day trips were easy and fun. The property and our rental was perfect. Comfortable, well appointed, and conveniently located. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful w/ two issues

Overall we had a fantastic time here and plan to come back. Great snorkeling, swimming, and beach walking right from the property, and a surprisingly nice community feel with the other guests. Absolutely epic whale watching every evening leading up to sunset. We and other guests (who honestly felt like friends after a few days) would gather each evening at the lounge chairs overlooking the water and watch the whales breach and spray as the sky turned pink. Just a great place. Docking a star for two issues relating to property management. We arrived close to 11pm and the door code we had been given was wrong. That’s the last thing you want when it’s late and you’ve been traveling all day and you’ve been wandering around in the dark for a while trying to find your unit number (a map of the complex showing unit numbers or even just building letters would help a lot). We called the 24 hr help line and left a voicemail. We were just about to start calling around to see if any hotels had vacancies when we got a call back from the very helpful on-call guy, Daniel, who gave us the right code. It hadn’t been a typo, it was just a completely different code from what we had been sent. Daniel saved us but he shouldn’t have needed to. Our only other issue was that the wifi in our unit didn’t work at all. The network just wasn’t there. We followed all the troubleshooting steps to reset it and all that, including with phone support again from Daniel. The room book says to call the wifi company for tech support, but the numbers listed in the book were all discontinued and the number we found for them online goes unanswered. Normally this wouldn’t matter to us, but on this particular trip my fiancé did need to do a few hours of work that required connectivity. Ultimately we realized that all the wifi networks in the surrounding condos use the same password formula, so we just hopped on another network. Someone did come by the next day and offer to work on it, but we were done with it by then and didn’t really want to spend a chunk of our day with someone in our space working on it . Seems like checking to see if the wifi is working and the door code is correct would be easy things to do in the unit prep process. Fantastic place, but property management could be better. Daniel is awesome though.
