Hotel is new and clean, different room type to cater for group/family/couples; breakfast was great. Only thing is hard to get a tuktuk and cost a bomb to travel to town. Convenient location. There's a big mall across the road, with plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarket. It is also near a few night bazaars. The hotel rooms are large and airy. It has a large rooftop pool that I can actually swim laps in! The reception girls were also very helpful — one of them really helped me out when no Grab driver was willing to pick me up from an out-of-the-way temple. However, it would be great if staff, especially at the front desk, could be given conversational English lessons to improve service, since there are many guests who don't speak Thai.

Location is more inland but Perfectly located across from the most fancy mall in HatYai. 6 minutes walk from ASEAN night bazaar. It about 15 minutes drive to downtown. Clean; 10/10 friendly staff and service. Didn’t get a 5/5 because: Shower area need better cleaning or some fixing. Unfortunately got water flies. Water suspended/leaking during shower causing wet soaking floor (bad by design.) Breakfast buffet makes it up!!! Plenty of selections and decent quality foods. Newer wing has more power socket and bath tub. However water from bath tub not hot the day I using it. Most disappointing is the wifi throughout 3 days stay the wifi is very very weak and could connect to my phone and tablet. I was on the 6floor towards the last few room.
