"Had a kind of rude interaction when confirming my reservation. Room smelled like a damp towel. Kept the exhaust fan on in the bathroom the whole stay in the hopes it would help with the smell but didn’t. Bathroom looked like it had water stains on the ceiling and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay flush to the wall so water would get out on to the floor, possibly explaining the damp smell. Sofa had a stain on it and didn’t look clean to sit on. Wasn’t made aware of maid service schedule at check in so requested maid service at the desk and was told they would send someone so we didn’t hang our towels back up per the sign in the room. Came back to a note basically saying maid service is scheduled for tomorrow so we couldn’t get it that day, which the next day was when we were checking out. Went to the front desk to discuss and asked for towels and the woman at the front desk brought us towels. No do not disturb sign. Bed was comfortable."
