My apologies for the expired cereal container on our buffet. I will review with our food and beverage to to ensure expiration dates are checked daily. I also regret to learn of the odor near your room. We do have a couple pet-friendly rooms in that area, but there should never be an odor. I will make sure the AC unit is cleaned, which may have caused the musty odor. We will put a DND sign in the room and fix/replace the hardware on the exterior door by the room we assigned you to.
