Area made us feel very unsafe - lots of drug addicts. Hotel is old and not very well maintained. Sheets had stains, it was dusty which caused a rash.

The Check-In was helpful and hospitable. The bathroom was too small and the were ants (at least I hope they were ants) on the bathroom floor. There is a Night Club across the street and they partied, very loudly, well after midnight.

This is an older establishment, while the room was clean, some of the lamps didn’t work, the layout is not conducive to relaxing and watching tv in the evening. There was a fireplace, but not workable, the blow dryer didn’t work. The parking situation is a little inconvenient as well. However, the having said all of that the staff was amazingly helpful in every way, any request we had for additional towel, other bathroom requirements were delivered to our room mostly in a very reasonable time frame. We did appreciate the information of the restaurants in the area and took advantage of the options they recommended and they were very good, no disappointment in regards to the restaurants. For what we paid for the stay, we would return for another stay. Hope this helps.

The decor is old, tacky, and ugly, but everything is clean and the location is convenient downtown. Parking is around the corner down the street, which some might find a bit annoying. Bottom line; if you're looking for a clean stay in a downtown spot, then you'll be fine choosing Peterborough Inn.

This is surprisingly wonderful. Quite a gem tucked downtown. Parking distance is a bummer but the room is beautiful and clean, the bed is comfortable. I’d happily stay here again.

Yes I do like the location and it is a nice hotel but the room that we stayed in was horrible due to the fact and when we got there at 9:30 pm and was given the key to the room, a portable air condition was already on and i took it for granted that everything was okay. i was very tired and exhausted and went straight to bed, I woke up at 3:30 am because the room was extremely hot at 92 degrees. I called the front desk to let them know of the situation and that I was totally anoyed. The attendant came to the the room and started to play with the thermostat only to realize that the thermostat was not working and the reading was 92 degrees. Then he checked the portable air condition and we both realised that it was the portable air condition was giving out the heat from the bottom. He went down to the front desk and contacted someone and came back to our room and said he was moving us to another room at 3:50 am, we had to get dress and pack everything at that hour and move to the other room, by that time I was totally tired, annoyed and upset in which it took me a while to get back to sleep. This is totally unsatisfactory due to the fact it was a portable air condition and that your hotel air condition was not working and was not told. Yes, I Richard Khan do ask for a total refund for this i have suffered and paid for in full. I look forward for your earliest response to this matter without to this matter without having to wait.

A nice little boutique hotel nestled close to lots of bars and restaurants. Obviously a student bar across the street though which was very loud when it closed at 2am and everyone poured out into the street below our room!

Firstly, the price was very reasonable. The decor is dated, but the hotel is clean and the staff I encountered were very helpful and kind. Might want to tone down the use of aerosols and/or air fresheners in the rooms though and perhaps provide instructions for how to use the TV remotes.
