I booked this hotel, where it was highly misrepresented. The photos and descriptions looked great online, but the reality was entirely different. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this place was not worth the price—especially in a city like Hanoi, where you can find much better accommodations for less.
The room was in terrible condition. The ceiling had visible cracks and even stains that looked like they had been there for ages. The walls were chipped, and there was an unpleasant, musty smell throughout. The entire place felt old and unkept, nothing like the clean and fresh space advertised.
The worst part? There was no water on my first day. Absolutely unacceptable for a supposedly “quality” hotel. Not only did this make the stay uncomfortable, but it also highlighted how poorly managed the property is. To top it all off, the room was outrageously expensive, especially considering the poor conditions. I could have stayed in a much nicer hotel in Hanoi for less. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place—don’t fall for the misleading descriptions.
