The lobby and roof top pool/bar were really high quality. The rooms don't match this level of quality, unfortunately. The room we had was very tired. The shower was in very poor condition and wasn't sealed properly so leaked water outside onto the bathroom floor. The TV had very poor signal - not that there are any English speaking channels. The rooms need an overhaul to ensure they match the public areas. Breakfast was quite good with a variety of options. The staff are wonderful and can't do enough for you. This property is on a very busy corner and so there was constant traffic noise.

The property is newly acquired by May De Ville and is still undergoing the change I believe, The gym is incomplete. Our family suite was a good size but the configuration of the bathroom was odd making it awkward to access the shower and one of the beds was terribly uncomfortable and should be replaced. The staff at the hotel were exceptional and attentive I am sure once they get over the bumps it will be great.

Recently opened, modern, excellent hotel in the French Quarter in Hanoi. But what distinguishes this hotel from others (I have been in number of them in Hanoi), were the people. Starting with the manager- her unobrtusive presence was visible everywhere, pulling the strings of all the departments. The front desk staff was attentive, genuinely ready to help and address the needs of their guests on a personal level. The housekeeping staff deserves the credit for the cleanliness of the facility. One definitely feels welcome here!

Nice, new hotel

This hotel is brand new so when we checked in they were still getting all the amenities set up. The beds and linens are all new, plush and comfortable. The staff is extremely attentive, kind, and informative. The rooftop pool is also a nice addition! I thought this location would be a little far out of old quarter but it’s an easy walk to the lake and then up to old quarter. We’re actually so glad we stayed here because it’s a little quieter and it’s a reprieve from the chaos of the tourist area! Would definitely recommend.
