The service was wonderful. We received breakfast and the room seemed clean. I’m not sure about the area as we only stayed for airport in the morning. However- it was easy to get a lift to airport(not provided by hotel used grab).

No heat available- room was cold. Room was fairly clean but very strong smell of bleach. Cockroaches in lobby/elevator. Was greeted very nicely and simple breakfast brought up to our room. I had booked this hotel for our last night in town specifically because Description said free airport shuttle, but they tried to charge us for transfer to and from the hotel even though we arranged our own transport there with Grab. When we showed him the free airport shuttle they said that was only for transfer from airport to the hotel not for hotel to airport. Quite disappointed

Great place for a last night stay before heading to the airport early the next morning. The check in and check out was super easy. There were a number of dining options in the immediate area, we ate at the pizza place down the street. Our family of four got a good night’s sleep in the two queen beds and the staff even got up early to make us a simple breakfast at 6:30 even though they usually don’t start serving until 7:00, thank you!

Tommy was the BEST!! So friendly and welcoming. We got in late (4 AM) from crazy delayed flights and he got us right into our room, arranged breakfast and coffee for us in the morning and a ride to our next stop. Super friendly and accommodating. A welcome place to chill if you’re getting in late from the airport.

Beautifully decorated room

Everything was excellent. The room was very clean and tidy. Good value for the price. The airport transfer was free from the airport, but to the airport, you will have to pay the fee, but it is worth.

夜中に着く便でホテルの送迎なしでした。とてもわかりづらいところでタクシーの運転手もわからず、スマホのナビでもわからず、同じ名前の怪しいホテルの前で降ろされました。入り口はしまっていてちがうといったらまたお金を請求されて結局一時間くるいかかってやっとホテルにつきました。 空港からタクシーで9分とあったのに、結局25万ドンしはらわされました。空港から近いから予約したのに涙がとまりませんでした。 怖くて、悲しかったです。 夜はwifiつながったのに、朝はつながらずこまりました。
