Good hotel with good breakfast. Room good size and clean. Room facing the countyside so very quiet. Close to the autobahn for a stop over. Restaurant was good, but don’t like that you must choose at least 5% tip. If you’re so confinced of your excellent service then let the customer decide if it is that. Missing information about the hotel’s sauna/wellness area at check-in.

Nice country side hotel

This is the first time staying at this hotel rooms were amazing the moment your arrive the staff are great to with no issue apart from with being in Germany it would be nice to have a kettle andsome tea coffee and may be some water like most British people a nice cuper help your day get better .

Staff lacking friendliness. Balcony to be shared with neighbour without notification or any kind of separation outside. Was locked out of my room once late in the evening after key card had not been re- activated after I previously made sure my extension had been recognised at reception twice ( sincerity received no confirmation email). Had to call an emergency number who opened the door. No apology st the reception the next morning, only after I asked for one. Hotel could have had a great review from me, was it not for this occasion, the handling of it and variety of staff attitude ( from very nice to arrogant). Breakfast was average with the same for my entire stay, tables often not set up properly. I stayed for 11 days and not sure I would stay here again. The children‘s playground, once done with love and great skill, is neglected. However, great buildings, animals around and a wonderful setting. Pity about some staff.

Totalt falsk billede ifht vÊrelset vi fik. Billedet viste et moderne vÊrelse med bruseniche som var vigtigt for os. VÊrelset vi fik var med gammeldags og med badekar som fÞltes farligt at stige op i, da der ikke var noget at gribe fat i. Sengen var stenhÄrd med store tunge dyner, ingen aircondition og med 30 graders varme var det ikke rart. VÊrelset var pÄ 2. sal og elevatoren var under renovering. Kunne ikke nÄ at klage over vÊrelset da vi ankom kort fÞr kl. 16 og bÄde reception og restaurant lukkede kl. 16. Omgivelserne var rigtigt fine.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Ich bin mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war gerĂ€umig und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck blieben keine WĂŒnsche offen. Man kann von dort aus schön spazieren gehen, liegt aber auch verkehrsgĂŒnstig. Die Bushaltestelle liegt ganz nahe beim Hotel.

Zimmer waren sauber und Ausstattung der Zimmer gut. Die gute Seele Sauberfee von unserer Etage war wohl die netteste von allen. Das Service-Personal morgens sehr faulfaul und gestresst, am Empfang war es dann wieder etwas besser es wurden unsere KundenwĂŒnsche umgesetzt, mehrere Zimmer auf einer Etage und das uns ein Taxi geordert wurde. Die Sauberkeit vom Gastraum lĂ€sst sehr zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig, da sollte das Servicepersonal drauf achten, das die BrötchenkrĂŒmmel / Spinnweben auf den FensterbĂ€nke entfernt werden. Ich denke das dort ein sehr angespanntes Betriebs- und Arbeitsklima herrscht und die Angestellten deshalb so kurz angebunden sind. Wir hatten aber trotzdem ein paar schöne Tage.

GĂŒnstig zur Autobahn gelegen

Meine Zimmer war im GĂ€stehaus auf der anderen Straßenseite gelegen und hierdurch sehr ruhig, da der "normale" GeschĂ€ftsbetrieb im Haupthaus statt fand. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Es gab Kleinigkeiten, die ich bei der Abreise angemerkt habe, die nicht funktioniert haben. Man war sehr dankbar ĂŒber die Mitteilung. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war reichhaltig und mit einer großen Auswahl. ParkplĂ€tze gab es reichlich. sehr schön, weiter so!
