Communication with the property was great . Only let down by the location of our unit which was roadside so very noisy . Unfortunately we could hear our neighbours whenever they were in their unit . Bathrooms could be cleaner and carpet needed a good vacuum .

Home away from home

Wonderful unit, clean and inviting. Spacious even with 2 beds, dining suite and kitchen. Bathroom large with a jet tub and a stand alone shower. Have mentioned that the bathroom area is quite slippery even with fan on. Tile chosen too glossy for a wet area. Grab rails by tub would be great.Carpet is possibly due for a deep clean. I will return to this motel as it has everything I need. Even though it is on a busy street it's very quiet. Staff extremely helpful, friendly and polite.

Did not like arriving to the place to hear that I had to pay a bond to stay in my room that I already had booked and payed online. My room only had quarter roll of toilet paper the remote was broken and after checking out of a terrible one night stay I was told that I won’t get my bond back until the cleaners did my room and made sure I hadn’t broke anything or stole anything didn’t receive my bond till 2 days later. Overall will never ever stay there again nor will I ever recommend to anyone to stay disappointed and very unhappy

Unfortunately not a pleasant place to stay, no privacy, so have to keep all curtains/blinds (which need replacing) closed. Strong smell of bleach, clean-ish if you don’t look too closely. Decided to leave after 2nd of 3 nights, asked for a refund and staff assured me I could and to come back next day for it. Well that was a lie, I called back and they wouldn’t refund me. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here, I certainly won’t be again.

Second stay at this Motel on our return from Auckland. Upgraded to a superior room with all facilities including spa bath. The room looked fairly recently redecorated and in first class condition. Excellent condition and cleanliness.

Was a last minute booking think it may have been called a studio room, very reasonable rates. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean as was the large bathroom. We had cooking facilities to cater for ourselves if we wanted to. The TV in our room was a smart TV so was a bonus to be able to have plenty to watch and relax after a hard day and access to log into our APPS. Was happier with this motel than in the tiny room we paid more than double for the night before in Hamilton which did not have half the home comforts or free parking. Staff also pleasant and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay again.
