There was construction and it made it difficult to find the parking garage, so we ended up with valet parking.

The hotel and the staff were great. The fact that all 3 blocks of Monroe are completely torn up was hugely disappointing, since this is why I booked the property. I would have not stayed at this very expensive hotel knowing that there was no easy way to get out without being detoured all over the place and walking out had you in alleys and on streets with no people.

Downtown construction makes getting around a little more difficult and the bars down the road have music that’s super loud till 2-3 A.M. Facility itself is great! I had a hard time finding the parking garage and I called them and the lady (I didn’t catch her name and I’m bummed I didn’t.) gave me turn by turn directions to the parking garage. Top notch service!! The lady at the front desk was very helpful with getting us an extra blanket and finding a quieter place to relax.

The room has a great view but it was dirty, there was garbage on the side of the bed and they did not clean the coffee machine we found a cup inside from the last guests, the said we have a microwave including but when we asked for it the staff told us that the amenity it was just for suites, they sent me an email when I made the reservation saying we can check in since 11:00am but they did not mention the extra fee for early check in so we have to pay an extra 50 dlls

Overall, a very nice place. However, be aware of some hidden fees. If you want to check in early, there’s an extra charge. They advertise free parking, but in reality, you’re required to use valet service. The valets also make it clear that they rely heavily on tips, which can make the experience feel a bit pressured.

The way to the hotel was super hard to find ND the entire area was full of construction. The "room service" was me walking to the casino and getting the food instead of delivered to my room like they said.

Our stay at the hotel could’ve been a lot better but I will start with the pros: Andre was a delight not sure what his position is but anytime we needed anything he brought it and was very pleasant. The location is great for everything we wanted to do and was walking distance. Cons: during our 4 day 3 night stay we did not get any housekeeping bc upon checkin we were not advised you have to request it only if you’re staying 4 or more days. Was not informed that until the day before we left by a sweet housekeeper working on the 27th floor that morning. The walls are paper thin so you hear some of the loud housekeepers talking outside your door when you’re trying to sleep. Loud construction right outside your window. The air conditioning would come on 10 mins and stayed off for an hr felt like even on 60! My wife asked for an iron Joe at the front desk said they had all been “rented out” but Andre seemed to locate us one in a matter of minutes. Hair particles all over the bathroom. One trash can in the whole room. It took us forever to actually locate the hotel bc all of the construction which they failed to mention as a courtesy, so we would know to be on the lookout we ended up at the casino with all of our luggage and walked another 10 mins to get to the hotel. It was just not the best experience.

Fix the elevators!!

Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working so long wait times to use them. Other than that it is a very nice hotel.

We didnt know there was so much construction outside, we got lost multiple times trying to find entrance to hotel. The Hotel does not have a pool, we found this out when we asked what floor. Our room did not have a iron or microwave, these are little things that are usually standard. Corey the Bellman was very helpful at our check in. Check in was slow due to check in issues. My reservation was under my name, my Husband wanted to check in early so I called and added his name as a guest. I arrived earlier than Husband and at check in I was told the reservation was under his name only. I had my ID and card used to pay but that was not enough to verify. Another rep stepped up after a few minutes had went by and said to have the office complete check in. I showed emails and that is how I was able to check in.

Construction made acces to property difficult and confusing. Asked inside casino for directions to hotel parking and was given wrong information reulting in being yelled at by different staff member. Only one of six elevators working at 22:30pm with no help from staff as well as no public access to stairs. Early checkin costs $50 and at regular checkin time only one person at front desk despite very long line. No VIP perk given despite Expedia directions.
