The first thing wrong was being told there was a parking fee of $5.00 a day. We were there for 11 days. It just seemed cheesy. We stayed at the same hotel 6 months ago and had no problems. The kitchen had 4 plates and 4 mugs. 1 fork and 1 plastic fork. 1 butter knife, 2 teaspoons serving spoon. Couple of larger steak-type knives. A few small glasses maybe4 and 1 large glass. All most makes a dishwasher unnecessary . The breakfast was so-so and stopped serving at 9am. Also we arrived on December 20 and checked out December 30. We had housecleaning only once. Expected twice, and had to hunt them down repeatedly for toilet paper.. I think next time we will try Marriott. We also were disappointed to find we couldn’t get an itemized bill for our stay. The staff was lovely.

the walkways were very icy. the pool was very green and we didn't use it because someone got sick in it. they closed it and cleaned it. Surprise bill at end of stay, was charged 20 dollars for parking it's not like this was a big city or major vacation location. it was an open parking lot, not a garage.

Everything was wonderful. We got to the hotel at 3:30 (check in was supposed to be at 3) The staff was so amazing trying to comfort us while waiting. We had 4 adults and 4 kids in our entire party. Our rooms weren't ready until almost 5pm but your staff bought us pizza and we just relaxed in your breakfast area watching tv. The rooms were very clean. This message is most certainly not meant in a negative way. Your staff (I wish I could remember his name) was just so amazing. Chatted with us every time we saw him and asking our or stay is. Great employee's 10 *stars* if you had that :-)

Just stayed here one night after flying into Manchester on our way to Maine. Clean and comfortable room. Good location close to the airport with free shuttle. Didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment on that. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at many different locations of Homewood suite, this location has a nice clean property. Nice spacious room. Nice warm pool, fluffy bedding. The only issue we had was our daughter cut her foot on a metal bed frame sticking out from her bed, we had to call down for some stuff missing that we needed, arrived within 10mins. We had a great time overall and enjoyed our time.

We left too early to have breakfast but I was able to grab a cup of coffee to go. The only thing that was inconvenient was we checked in late (10:30 pm) and the parking lot was full so we had to cross the road and park at the hotel across the road - it was below zero and there wasn't a path snowblown in the snow so we had to walk through the snowbank with our luggage in those temps in the dark/late as two women...not a great situation.

I’m not one to leave a negative review. However I’m baffled at how much a hotel can change in a year. Last years stay was excellent.Unfortunately the same cannot be said for this recent stay. First off the smell of the hotel is horrendous now. The second floor elevator area reeks of dirty diapers? And cigar smoke and some type of food cooking. The pool was disgusting. The bottom was brown like it had not been cleaned or vacuumed for awhile. We had same room as last year. No trash bags, only half roll of toilet paper,tv kept turning off every 20 minutes and the phone didn’t work. When maintenance came to fix tv the man said it was because our room was too warm. It’s DECEMBER in New England so 70 degree room is not “ Too hot”. He proceeded to set the Ac without telling us and our room was freezing during the night. Communication with maintenance and housekeeping was difficult due to communication barriers. Each time we asked front desk person about issues we had we were told everything was fine on their end. When we went to use pillows from closet there were blood stains and hair on the pillow cases. NASTY!We chose pay at property during booking, since three of us would be sharing cost. They would not let us change payment type and debited my bank account a day before we checked out. Expedia called them to tell them that it was up to hotel to change payment and were told NOPE. SADLY We will not be going back next year for annual girls trip.

The thermostat was broken. Struggled to maintain a comfortable temp the first night and the second day we left for the day and had set at 65 degrees came back to the room with the thermostat reading 99 and it felt hotter. Asked for help, got sent a man who just said it was broken and he brought us a portable AC unit to help cool the room off… had to shut the heat off. So we couldn’t control the temp in the room the second evening/night. Kinda feel they could have done something like offer us another room or refund us a night for inconvenience. Was told if it becomes “unbearable” to call the front desk back… unfortunately I will not be back. Plenty of the hotels in the area to choose from. The room was nice.
