Pleasant, central neighborhood near good cafes, restaurants and groceries. Roomy and mostly quiet except for loud automatic bathroom fan and some noise outside the other bedroom. A few kitchen staples could not be found such as sugar and maybe salt and pepper. Towel and face cloth selection for 4 persons on a 2 night stay was a bit slim . A successful stay .

Easter Football Trip

A group of friends annual football trip found this excellent property. It is situated in an ideal location with numerous places to eat and drink. Transport from the airport in a taxi cost 30€ and took about 10 to 15 minutes. Taxi/Uber drivers think they are piloting rockets, the speed at times was edge of the seat hold on tight nervy. The outside space at the property is functional for a quick drink or smoke.

Clean, great location!

Great place for a small family to stay with easy access to all kinds of amenities and interests. The only difficulty was translating the checkin process to English, but we got some help and smooth sailing from there!

Nice spot for sleeping!

Outdoor space not like pictures. A dead plant, smokers in shared space, noisy. Ok to sit out there early (5:30am). Clean apartment. Lots of single comfortable beds. Easy check in and Oliver always responded promptly. Very, very dark apartment. Close to many spots for eating or beverages or groceries.. Bus 2-3 blocks away, U about a 16 minute walk away. Best was that the Alster path a few blocks away. A great walk around the Alster for 5 miles from the apartment.

Gute, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft in guter Lage

Alles prima gelaufen, vielen Dank! Der logistische Ablauf und die Übergabe des WohnungsschlĂŒssels waren problemlos - inklusive Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und ordentlich. Ja, man KANN mit bis zu 8 Personen dort ĂŒbernachten ... aber zwei der SchlafplĂ€tze sind halt Couchen im Wohn-/Esszimmer => fĂŒr Kinder oder Jugendliche sicher okay, fĂŒr Ă€ltere Personen ist eins der sechs Betten sicher besser geeignet. Wie schon von anderen Mietern zuvor beschrieben, ist die zugehörige Terrasse jetzt nicht unbedingt ein Platz, an dem man tĂ€glich zig Stunden verbringen, sich dort sonnen und relaxen möchte (es handelt sich schlicht um eine erhöhte Plattform im Innenhof mit ein paar StĂŒhlen drauf) - aber DAFÜR verbringt man ja normalerweise auch kein Wochenende oder Kurzurlaub in Hamburg. ;-) Die Umgebung kann man durchaus als eigenen Kiez bezeichnen: Recht viele Restaurants und mehrere CafĂ©s im Umkreis von einigen hundert Metern - inklusive BĂ€ckern und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die nĂ€chsten grĂ¶ĂŸeren mehrspurigen Straßen sind ein gutes StĂŒck weit entfernt, so dass es in der Wohnung tatsĂ€chlich recht ruhig ist. Unterm Strich eine gute, saubere und solide Unterkunft fĂŒr Familien oder kleinere Reisegruppen fĂŒr einen fairen Preis. Wir wĂŒrden wieder dort nĂ€chtigen.

Wohnung mit toller Lage und notwendigen Schönheitsreparaturen

Die saubere und fĂŒr zeitweise fĂŒnf Personen gerĂ€umige Wohnung befindet sich in toller Lage in Winterhude. FußlĂ€ufig sind GeschĂ€fte, Restaurant und CafĂ©s gut zu erreichen. Das Zentrum kann mit dem Bus in ca. 20 Minuten erreicht werden, die Außenalster ist einen knappen Kilometer entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und geht zu einem ruhigen Hinterhof, die Terrasse gleicht eher einer Rampe ohne GelĂ€nder mit Blick auf parkende Autos und MĂŒlleimer. Die Betten sind gut, die sonstige Ausstattung standardmĂ€ĂŸig. Allerdings benötigt die Wohnung einige Schönheitsreperaturen (GlĂŒhbirnen fehlten, schleifende SchlafzimmertĂŒr, sehr laute LĂŒftung im Bad, schwer gĂ€ngige Armatur im Badezimmer). FĂŒr acht Personen könnte es eng werden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt.

Gute Unterkunft fĂŒr einen StĂ€dtetrip nach Hamburg

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Zimmer (2 Schlafzimmer) waren auch sehr gerĂ€umig. Einziges war, der Balkon zum Hof. Dieser sieht auf den Bildern etwas ansprechender aus, als er ist. Wir waren fĂŒr 2 NĂ€chte dort. In der Umgebung hat es alles was man braucht und man kommt von dort gut und schnell ins Zentrum.

Sauber jedoch Schönheitsreparaturen erforderlich

Die Wohnung ist gut und sauber und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Jedoch sind wir schon in den anderen Rezessionen dringend ein paar Reperaturen notwendig. z.B. Lampen ersetzten da nicht alle funktionieren, SchlafzimmertĂŒr schleift am Boden, Kunstlederbezug dee StĂŒhle fĂ€llt ab, Fliese im Bad/Toilette fĂ€llt weg. Steckdose hĂ€ngt raus.

Super Lage

Leider waren einige Dinge nicht mehr in Ordnung. Teekanne, Nachttischlampe und Steckdosen im Schlafzimmer waren kaputt. Sonst auch schon etwas abgewohnt. Aber die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Kinderbettchen und StĂŒhlchen bestellt und bekommen.
