For the price this place was perfect clean simple liked having separate sleeping areas for each bed. It wasn’t really a room for relaxing though but for a clean safe place to stay while exploring Halifax, it was perfect room didn’t come with water, but it does have a fridge you have to be prepared for communal washrooms on each floor.

The rooms were clean, the check in and check out was smooth. The washrooms even if shared were clean. They may have limited fans for got summer days, so it pays to ask ahead for them. Overall, this would be my go to pick when I visit Halifax since the price and quality are unbeatable!

Very affordable and great value. Beautiful buildings on campus. Easy check-in process. 25-minute walk from downtown, or an easy 10-minute $3 bus ride with very regular service. Only concern was the fact that there is very little bedding - worth asking for an extra blanket at reception

A great place to stay for solo travellers. Beautiful surroundings. Have excellent connectivity to the city attractions via buses, bike rides also 20 mins walk to the downtown. Only improvement could have be made was regular housekeeping services in shower room.

only stayed until early evening as we used room as just a place to rest until we caught a late flight. perfect for our needs but although clean and comfortable its essentially a student room so no ensuite or creature comforts . staff were great
