部屋 202号質（寧）に泊まりましたが、92m2以上もあり1泊では使い切れません。 調度品の質も高級感があって寛ぐことができ、リビング・寝室・浴室全てが庭に面して眺めも最高でした。 唯一、リビングの空調は20度設置でも暑すぎるくらいで、二つの内一つだけにするなど少し設定に苦慮しました。 食事 夜はフレンチ？ですが、古典的なフレンチではなく和の要素をふんだんに取り入れており、最高に美味しかったです。 以前、西麻布にあったQueenAliceを思い出しました。（石鍋さんの感性の塊でした） 折角なら地元（神奈川）の日本酒とmariageしたかったのですが、全国を代表する日本酒（十四代、飛露喜、田酒）しかないとことだったので、ワインのペアリングにしました。（以前は地元の日本酒もおいていたようです） ワインも最高でしたが、是非おいしい地元の日本酒（いづみ橋、天青、セトイチ、残草蓬莱、雨降など）をラインナップに加えてほしいです。 また、Menuがシンプルすぎて、メインの食材のみではなく、調理方法や他の食材も記載してほしいと思いました。（別紙でも良いかも） 忘れてはいけないのが、夜食の穴子の押し寿司も美味しかったです。 それと、朝食がフレンチのシェフがつくる和食も最高です。 有名な旅館の場合は、これでもかと言うくらい白米が進むちょっとしょっぱめの料理が数多く並べられて、見た目は豪華でも大食漢の私でも頑張らないと完食できませんが、ここは適度な量と最高な質で満足しました。 接客 つかずはなれず、絶妙なさじ加減で大変満足です。 ヤギの接客も最高！！ 風呂 大好きな大涌谷温泉からの引き湯が11月末に復活したとのことで大満足です。 故障していたとの情報で諦めていたので嬉しい誤算でした。 故障期間は宮ノ下からの運び湯とのことだったので、さぞかし大変だったでしょう。 サウナも最高で3回も利用しました。 専用なので、水風呂も好みの温度にできるのが良かったです。   ここ3年ほどで箱根界隈の人気旅館・ホテルに数多く泊まりましたが、満足度はトップクラスです。 私らの夫婦の満足度は料理の比重が高く、他の多くの宿泊施設は懐石料理が多く比較は難しいですが食事も同様です。 箱根界隈で行きたいところがまだ数件あって、一通り行った後に気に入ったところからリピートするつもりでしたが、ここは来年の夏過ぎでも再訪したいと思います。
