This spacious single-family home( gated community ) is located in the heart of Haines City, FL. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms also a garage gym if you’re into it that you can use at your own risk , it has all you need to host a large group , family and friends. It is very convenient a hospital (advent health ) a lot of grocery stores,restaurants and fast food places while dinner is cooking , minutes away from all the attractions (Disney world, Legoland, Busch gardens, universal studio and sea world so on , no party or event per HOA they will shut it down and ask you to leave immediately and no refunds if violated

This property is 5 bedroom with 6 beds(2 kings, 2 queens, 2 twins). It fit our need very well. One issue I did let the host know is the house smells like smoke. To be honest I’m super sensitive to it but friends who were with us noted it as well. It wasn’t enough to trigger an allergy attack but wanted to make that note here incase someone else is sensitive. Communication with the host was excellent. The host responded quickly with questions.

Dirty

The house was dirty. Floors had not been swept (hair on bathroom floor, leaves on carpet, dirt in living room). Dirty dishes in dishwasher. We had to ask for dishwashing deterrent and laundry detergent. No trash bags, hand towels, wash rags, coffee filters or coffee, salt and pepper, tissues. Plan on bringing EVERYTHING. That you might need. The trash bin outside was over flowing.
