This was an amazing set up and exactly what we were looking for. We love Fort Morgan for its quieter atmosphere during busy times, like Spring Break. I love the beach, but my husband and teenage son absolutely love fishing, so we booked this spot on the bay side, and it DID NOT disappoint. They could literally walk out of the elevator and onto the dock, and fish anytime, day or evening. From the awesome balcony, I could watch them, and so many cool birds, and we saw MULTIPLE dolphins almost every day, even coming up as close as the boat harbor. A couple of times, we walked the 5 minutes across the street to the other side of the peninsula, and enjoyed that beach as well. During our trip, we saw alligators, HUGE ghost crabs, so many pelicans and other birds while they were diving into the water to catch fish. The condo has very comfortable beds and was well equipped with so many things that we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions in record time. We plan to visit again!
