This 4 bedroom/2 bath home perfectly mixes laid-back charm and well appointed updates to create a space you will want to call home for the week. From the huge dining table for family meals to the living room with lots of space for card games or movies to the huge deck with lots of seating for watching the stunning sunsets, this home is ideal for enjoying beach time with your loved ones. Whether you want to lower the newly added adjustable awning over the deck for some mid-day shade, or step out on the sand for a game of Frisbee in the sun, the entire family will enjoy the perks of this home. Minimum Age Requirement of 25. Rents Saturday to Saturday during Main Summer Seasons unless calendar is already broken up or requested time is approved by homeowner. Can be rented with a 3 day minimum during shoulder seasons (August - May).
