Ven a disfrutar de la vida de playa en este hermoso y recientemente remodelado townhome style 2-bedroom, 2. 5 bathroom condo! En el primer piso, tú?Encontraré una sala de estar que ofrece muebles nuevos en colores costeros, que incluyen un sofá cama doble, además de un gran televisor de pantalla plana y acceso a su balcón privado. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para cuatro y se encuentra junto a su cocina totalmente equipada que cuenta con gabinetes blancos personalizados, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos blancos. También se encuentra en el primer piso un medio baño completo con un juego de lavadora y secadora apilables. En el segundo piso, encontrará dos suites de un dormitorio, cada una con una cama queen size, televisión de pantalla plana y cada una con su propio balcón privado. Disfrute de un café o un almuerzo en el gran balcón cubierto con vista a la piscina desde la sala de estar.

Great Vacation

Overall this rental was very nice and easy. We enjoyed the quick access to the beach and the pool as well as the fishing pier out back. Deck space was great although not rain proof so could not sit outside when any rain was around but not a big deal. Bathrooms were a bit on the small side but manageable. Other than those two small things there was nothing to complain about. This unit is located perfectly away from the craziness down the street but still within quick driving range to go out and have some fun. Unit was nicely appointed with plenty of room. Reliable high speed wifi internet was a plus. Covered parking was also appreciated when the rain came. We had a blast fishing in the surf and caught a lot of fish. We enjoyed our vacation at this property and would stay here again.

Exactly what we needed!

This property was just as the pictures show. We had two families, including two two teenagers. So I was worried at one point that we would be crowded, but WERENT. The three bathrooms were a nice surprise, they were very spacious. Washer and dryer was kind of small.. but didn’t take long so it worked out fine. Under the carport area, there’s a closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards, and fishing poles.. which was a huge PLUS for the kids. We didn’t utilize the pool as much as I thought, but our beach access was directly across the road. Check in/ check out process was easier than expected. We left some crab nets for future families to utilize like the chairs and fishing poles that were left for us. Very clean, great location, and perfect rental. We will be back!

Great stay!

The property was clean and comfortable with good view of the ocean. We were able to walk right across the street to the beach with no problems. There is also a closet out doors with lots of beach stuff. Pool was nice and very close to condo. The condo is a short drive to shops and food. The rooms were nice and spacious. The only issues we had with the property were the master bath, it was very small and every time we would go to the bathroom we would knock our legs into the toilet paper holder. Also, some of the beach toys were broken, and the master bedroom balcony didn’t have chairs to sit in. Other than these very minor things it was a great stay! My young kids had a blast staying here and having the option to play at the beach or pool! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Location and Clean Home!

Our family of 5 took our summer vacation to Gulf Shores this year and it was wonderful. The home was clean and had plenty of space for our family. Our oldest son used the pull out couch to sleep and our littles shared the room upstairs. The pool is not great but fine to cool off once you have been to the beach. It is just very small. Overall, this is a great place for a vacation!

Perfect: clean-easy-great location!

I've stayed in many, and this one was great! Really nice location, with restaurants and shop close by and very short walk to the beach. The communications where clear and everything was organized from check-in to check-out. Really nice neighbors and Gulf Shores is a great place to visit. We were there for the NCAA Beach Championships; and this was way better than a hotel : )

Beautiful place with beautiful views. Just like the pictures. Has everything one might need while visiting the Gulf. Very clean, friendly staff, and plenty of towels. Will definitely visit again!

House as pictured, pool very close by, beach just a short walk across the road, no beach chair kiosk

BEST features are that you can see the ocean clearly through sliding glass doors of the bedroom with the white bedding with beach/sea theme and the up to date decor of the home. Pictures of property were spot on, pool very close by, beach a short walk across the the road, 3 balconies with patio furniture to relax outside. Property was clean, TV in each bedroom and in living room with cable, Wifi worked w/o any problems, fridge has a small working ice maker, kitchen with pretty much all the basics. Washer/dry and all kitchen appliance worked. Picnic table down stairs. Biggest issue we had was that there was no beach chair kiosk near property so we drove down to Ike's beach rental and rented beach chairs and an umbrella for 3 days, which we had to setup and take down each day. After renting chairs found a closet under entry stairs that had some beach chairs, umbrella misc beach stuff. Property has two sets of stairs so would keep that in mind if family has any mobility issues. Would rent again!!!
