Enjoy the breeze while outside enjoying coffee or soaking up the sun. Spacious interior comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fold out sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with appliances and kitchenware needed to prepare and serve a meal. Washer and dryer in the unit. Pets considered with owner approval.
Easy walk to public beach access (0.3 mile) and a few restaurants (0.1 to 0.5 mile). Popular Gulf Shores highlights such as The Hangout, Gulf State Park and Pier, Waterville, and souvenir shops all located within 2 miles or less!
***Note: This property is a duplex. This listing is for the UPSTAIRS private unit. The downstairs unit may be rented separately or will be occupied by another guest.

Chipped deck lagoon and beach

The deck and yard should not be walked on without shoes. Lots of sand burrs. Flooring was filthy thru-out entire apartment. I don't think it has been mopped or cleaned for awhile. Simple, nice decorations appreciated the washer and dryer.

It was a great house for the price! Bathrooms could use shelves above the toilet s for towels..the toilets themselves are very small. There are lots of stickers in the yard. Other than that, the rooms are huge, it's everything you need and the beds are comfortable! Great location for a great price! Loved Gulf Shores - will be back!

Excellent stay. Perfect for our family including our fur babies.

We really enjoyed this location. Condo is spacious and clean. Easily slept two adults, three teenagers, and one preteen in addition to two fur babies. Easy access to the beach. Great location. Would stay here again for sure.

Really enjoyed our stay here! We loved how spacious it was and how close it was to everything near by. We walked to most of the places we wanted to go to. Centrally Located

My wife and her three sisters needed a short getaway subsequent to the death of their mother. The property was comfortable, and well appointed. All of them are in the 65-75 age range, so the stairs to this second floor were a bit of a challenge. First impressions are important, and the peeling, chipping paint on the railings didn't help with a very positive "first impression." Overall things were otherwise good. The property was cleaned, but it appeared the floor had been mopped with dirty water, not leaving it completely clean. Everything else was good.
