Lovely Views

The view of the water, the nearness of activities, the comfort of this lovely condo made our little vacation something very special. We loved the hominess of this spacious rental, yet we could see water from just about every room. We would love to visit once again in the near future.

Dirty

The rugs in the bathroom were filthy and the carpet in the bedroom were also dirty. The sofa and chair cushions were very dirty also. I contacted the property managers and they sent me a link to send pictures of the dirty condo, but the link would not let me send pictures. I called twice and it never worked. If you want to check in early, they charge you 50 each hour you are early. Our friends different property manager was very happy to let them check in 6 hours early without any extra cost. I will not work with Beachball Properties again.

Second Honeymoon

Balcony view was amazing

The location was absolutely perfect! Our morning coffee on the balcony came with a beautiful view of the ocean with a pod of dolphins hanging out right off the beach almost every morning. Condo was clean and comfortable with all the things we needed and the things we wanted we conveniently picked up from the little store across the street. It fit 7 adult women comfortably and the three full bathrooms were spacious. If you’re doing a beach day, the chair service right outside the condo is so worth it. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean, kitchen well appointed and location was great! All concerns were met and quickly resolved. Beach was cleaned each morning to remove any debris from the tide. Overall great experience would definitely stay here again!

Perfect experience

Condo was everything we were hoping for. Pictures were right on. Everything was clean. My only concern was the bedroom with 2 twin Needs to be updated with new bedding. But we would stay here again. Everyone was so nice.

Large Condo

The size and layout of this condo is amazing! Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms worked great for our family. We have two teens and a tween; everyone was able to shower and get ready for dinner after a day at the beach! The condo was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. There are also plenty of beach chairs in the unit so just bring your own umbrella and skip paying for beach service. The property management company was great and responded to my messages in less than an hour. The only downside is that the 15 story building only has two elevators. Check in and checkout times led to very congested elevator wait times. We will definitely be back!

Great getaway

Stayed at the property March 2023 with my husband and four teens. My husband and I were able to sleep with the door open and listen to the ocean. Our kids were able to have their own privacy. Beach was very nice and not crowded even on spring break. Place was cute and comfy. Appreciated having washer and dryer and kitchen. Great value also
