My spouse and I stayed for two of the four nights before we found another place to stay. There is no elevator available, so you must take stairs up (22 to the first level). Once you enter the room, the first thing that hits you is the mildew smell. Then, you realize that the bed is about 4 feet tall and difficult to get into, and the "bathroom" sink that is on the outside of the tiny bathroom is about 2 feet tall (as are the two end tables by the bed). There is a small oven but it has rust on the side next to the cabinet. The small fridge did not cool well. There is a small table and chairs, but the chairs look like they have mildew or rust on the seats. The ceiling in the bathroom is not in good shape, and the bathroom is very small. I would not recommend this location at all. Yes, it is right across the street from the beach, and in a great area, but you could find so much better for the same price a bit farther from the beach. There is ample beach access in Gulf Shores, and Orange Beach. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
