Close to the beach

We loved the closeness to the beach! The bunk beds were perfect for the kids and we had plenty of room for 5. We enjoyed hitting the pool after the beach! Everything was great and we are already planning a return visit. ;)

Home away from home

Great home away from home. The location is perfect to be close to the main strip but away from all the traffic. Walking distance from the beach. Full kitchen with everything provided which was a plus for our big family. Grill and pool on site was also clean and great for us after being out.. Checking and Check out was easy and place was clean so ot wasn't hard to make yourself cozy. Will definitely book again.

Vaca 2022

The ease of finding the location and checking in was great. There is also a public beach access right across the street which was very convenient. The only issue we had was with the construction of new condos right next door. They were there brought and early at 8am everyday.

Birthday trip!!

Loved this place. The only thing it says just steps to the beach which made me think maybe right across the street. There are fences stopping you from cutting through so you have to walk all the way around down the street then go down the sidewalk a block to get the the beach. Not fun carrying all the beach gear there and back. But overall the place is great!! Would definitely recommend.

Great girls trip

The condo was so cute and in a great location. Pool was nice. There were little things like, it was apparent that it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The carpet was dirty and there was sand left all over the floors. The dishwasher smelled like shrimp and you could tell it wasn't run properly by the previous tenants or cleaning crew, but nothing a little bleach didn't fix. Beds were hard, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Small vrbo connected to many others like a motel

There were several issues with the property. First, the owner was very unresponsive and did not accommodate to our change of schedule that we had. The property itself was similar to what was listed but much smaller and the pool is not big at all compared to the photo. The neighbors of the property got into a huge fight with the other neighbors surrounding the area, causing the police to come the fire department to come in an ambulance. Next-door, we’re under age kids that stayed up all night and played very loud music along with the people above us. If you’re renting out this place, you have to know that the crowd in the building will also be looking for a cheap place to stay. The property is really not close to much you have to Uber everywhere in this town.

July 2023 Stay

The condo was located in a fantastic part of town, perfect location to the beach. It was also laid out perfectly for our family (mom/dad/4 kids). My only complaint was that it was really dirty. When we arrived it was very obvious it hadn't been cleaned. The rugs were covered with dirt, crumbs, sand, etc, the table had red sticky stuff all over it, sink had toothpaste and sand in it. The floors were so dirty you had to wear shoes/sandals the entire time or your feet would be completely black. The beds were nice and comfortable, and they seem clean but I think cleaning staff just neglected the rest of the condo. If the condo had been cleaned it would have been perfect, however because of the mess I don't think we will be coming back to this location.

We spent most of our time at the beach, but when we did try to enjoy the house, there were a few things the family gave their 2cents.. Why are the plates so big and plastic, all the pots and pans are trashed, the shower curtain was deplorable, could barely read what's on the tiny tv. But for a quick get away, it did what it was suppose to do i guess. I would give it 4 stars, but the shower curtain gross out my wife, and she refuse to shower in the master bathroom. For $6 you could replace the curtains every other stays and keep your guess from being disgusted from the mold growth. Have the cleaner text a picture of the conditions of the house to the owner, and see if they would be ok with the moldy curtains. other than that, everything else was fine.

Great unit close to everything

We enjoyed our short stay at this VRBO. It was clean and had everything we needed. It's an easy walk to the beach, and in close proximity driving wise to everything. Would definitely recommend to friends looking for a place.

Excellent condo

We had a great stay in the condo. We stayed for a little over a month and the condo is very clean and convenient. It is a very short walk to the beach we would definitely stay again.
