Room - bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and shower head through water everywhere and it was very hard to control water temperature. The room temperature was set at 19C and you couldn’t regulate to a warmer temperature. It got very could. They didn’t have an extra blanket in the closet. Apparently I had to request if I got cold. Service - trying to order room service was difficult. The food was delivered +90mins after order (a beef carpaccio, chicken broth and a cappuccino). Had to call 3 times to see what was happening. Have to recognize staff was very nice and apologetic x the delay. I was not charged for the order. Next morning they also included as part of the apology when I ordered a cappuccino and yogurt to waive the costs.

We stayed for one night before flying back home the next day and it was just what we needed. We had a great dinner at The Market, the staff were friendly & accommodating and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. Sad we weren’t able to make use of the beautiful pool as unbeknownst to us, there was filming happening for the Miss Universe pageant on the evening we arrived.
