The stay itself was great. Room clean and a great place to relax before our big travel day. Bed was very comfortable! The only thing I’d like mentioning: we arrived from Antigua at 3:30, very ready to check in & relax. When we checked in - the room wasn’t ready. Luckily it was ready pretty soon after (3:35ish?). But with a check in stating 3pm, this was a shock. Happy we did not arrive any earlier because that would have been very stressful.

The room was small, but comfy. The smart TV didn't allow us to use Netflix. My main issue is the car service that the hotel uses. The airport is 10 minutes away and the price should have been about $15. We left at 9pm, so there wasn't any traffic. I paid the driver with my credit card. Upon reviewing my charges, I saw a charge of $45.70 for the taxi. I reached out to the hotel and she apologized for the charge. She mentioned that the fare increased a few months ago, but the new price was still lower than what I was charged. They should look for an honest company.
