Minha estadia foi boa.

A casa é realmente muito próxima ao mar, não utilizamos nosso carro para nada. A casa é grande, nos acomodou muito bem. Piscina limpa, área de churrasqueira nova. Não é uma casa nova, então teve um ou outro ponto que já repassamos para o dono. Em geral, foi muito bom! curtimos muito!

Casa espaçosa, com área de lazer e em bairro seguro no Guarujá

Minha família e eu passamos um final de semana na casa e gostamos muito da experiência. Ambiente espaçoso, com decoração aconchegante, limpeza impecável e a área de lazer com piscina, quintal e churrasqueira. A casa está muito bem equipada em todos os cômodos, incluindo cozinha, lavanderia e quartos. Até roupas de cama e banho tinham à nossa disposição e o melhor, não cheiravam à mofo. Wifi funcionou bem nos cômodos térreos; não testei no 1º andar. TV com Netflix disponível. Bairro e arredores tranquilos; nos sentimos seguros. O anfitrião foi super solícito desde o primeiro contato e também durante a nossa estadia, estando à disposição para sanar dúvidas pelo aplicativo de msgs. Para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção, a casa dispõe de quarto e banheiro no andar térreo também. Minha única observação (e não reclamação) fica para pais de bebês e crianças pequenas, como meu caso, para dobrar a atenção com a piscina, que possui profundidade única, sem parte rasa, e com as escadas. No mais, super recomendo a estadia.
