Amazing Stay

The apartment is exactly as listed. The location is spectacular, the apartment is spacious, comfortable, and fit myself and 9 family members VERY comfortably. The check in was seamless, with the building staff very attentive and helpful. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, or bakery. Communicating with Advaldo was seamless. He was a very gracious host and was helpful in all aspects. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment.

Apartamento, realmente, de alto padrão, novo, aconchegante e confortável, todo equipado com muito bom gosto! Localização perfeita com ótima infraestrutura nas proximidades e visão total e espetacular de Pitangueiras (360º). Praia linda! Mesmo com um dia de chuva, nos sentimos em uma praia coberta dentro do apartamento. Tivemos uma estadia Perfeita!!! Proprietário muito solícito, respondeu a todas as dúvidas rapidamente e atendeu a alguns pedidos com muita gentileza. Funcionários super atenciosos, nos ajudaram com a bagagem e se mostraram prestativos o tempo todo. Quando chegamos ainda havia um "mimo" sobre a mesa: cápsulas para degustarmos um delicioso cappuccino. Futuramente, nosso retorno já possui endereço certo! Também indicaremos aos amigos! Parabéns e muito obrigada, Senhor Edvaldo!

Esta foi o terceiro ano seguido que alugo um dos apartamentos do Edvaldo. O local e apartamento muito bons, arejado, perfeito para as férias da família. Outro diferencial são os funcionários do prédio, muito atenciosos. Pra concluir tenho que falar de que é muito bom negociar a estada com Edvaldo, é um cara excepcional de se lidar, cumpre tudo o que contrata. Enfim, recomendo muito o apartamento.

Apartamento lindo e amplo. E do jeito que imaginamos. A sacada de frente pro mar tem uma vista maravilhosa. A localização é ótima tem tudo perto. Vou começar dizendo o quão o Proprietário é atencioso, educado e simpático. Do inicio da negociação até a nossa entrada no apartamento, foi de uma simpatia e prestatividade que impressiona. Nos recepcionou e passou cada informação com uma educação ímpar! O Apartamento é um show a parte.
