We are very disappointed with this hotel. We had booked three different rooms for our stay in August. All 3 rooms were paid for in full at check in, even though we only needed two rooms at check in for first day. My cousin who was going to take one of the rooms ended up at the hospital. We told the front desk after we found out that he was sick so that they could release the room. We contacted Expedia as directed and sent in the proof of my cousins hospital visit. After many days of following up and asking for a status, the hotel responded by saying that they would not refund us for that room. To say we were disappointed, can’t properly describe what we were feeling. We thought there would be an exception that could be made or at least a partial refund due to the nature of the cancellation BUT NOTHING.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort and even extended it by a night, without issue. The grounds are gorgeous and we especially loved the pool area. It was perfect for our little children, ages 2 and 4. The breakfast and dinner buffet were also excellent. It is in a good location to explore many beautiful sites like Erice, San Vito Lo Capo and Scopello. We hope to return in the future!

We arrive and next door its restaurant Music was so loud whole room was shaking Lady at front desk move us and upgraded us to different room that was very nice Whole facility it’s old and tired. Even upgraded room bathroom was like from. 70 s. It’s no restaurants or shops anywhere. Place got huge potential but. It need big infusion of money. It’s more like 2 starts. Smyriously Stylish Sicilian Boutique Hotel

The hotel and its setting are stunning. Design and style were carefully considered and apparent all throughout the resort. Sundays and Wednesdays seem to be party nights in the little port bars so be ready for some noise from the revellers but ultimately the stay was quiet and peaceful. The pool is very pretty, its not huge but with the sea on your doorstep it doesn't need to be. Pool closes between 1pm and 3pm for cleaning and swimming caps are mandatory (encouraging during Covid-era) A car is mandatory here and we drove from Palermo then made short trips to Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello and Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro So much natural beauty in one corner of Sicilia.

Peculiar hotel built out of a dismissed tonnara. Beautiful setting with a small Bay on one side and a port on the other. The hotel is located at the foothill of Monte Erice, some 20 minutes drive from the old village of Erice, charming little town with breathtaking views.
