Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service & Perfect Location! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property is clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. One of the biggest highlights was the excellent service of Tony and Kanta. Tony went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care made a lasting impression. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated to making guests feel welcome and valued. The location is unbeatable — close to everything we needed, including great restaurants, shops, and attractions. It made getting around easy and stress-free. 我7月的時候在酒店的26樓層住了十天時間。而這段時間是廣州最熱的時候。房間外走廊感覺沒有開冷氣，一出房間便感覺很悶熱。而我房間對著的走火通道一直都沒有開燈，但防火門一直都開著，形成一個黑洞，出入時感覺很不舒服和不安全。同是酒店大堂的吊燈在晚上一定的時間便會關閉，令到晚上遲回酒店的客人沒有賓至如歸的感覺。其他酒店各方面我認為都很好。

I was travelling on business and would have appreciated easier availability of coffee in the lobby or somewhere other than starbucks across the road. Coffee in hotel lobby not available prior to 2:30pm except during breakfast.

It’s a quiet and safe area. Although the property, the room, and the furniture looks in good condition, some equipment, such as the washer-dryer ( shakes/loud) and walls, door frames, etc are starting to their age.

The hotel is in a very convenient area, you can take a walk and within 20min you get to many fun areas. It’s also close to the US embassy if you are there for visas and stuff. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious and that are all the good parts. What threw me off is the smell on my floor and in my room, the developer prob spent a fortune on the lobby, while the floor I was on is full of cigarette smoke smell even though it’s a non smoking hotel. The moment I entered my room there is a rush of molded air. That’s the main turnoff, other than I if you are very detail oriented, there are many small things that can add to the experience that makes the hotel below standard. There was a flickering light that was on and off every few minute throughout my stay. The lighting in front of the sink was really dark. The outlet cap in the bathroom free falls the whole time so it required two hands to plug in the outlet. The toilet cap leans right against the flush button. The bed is very hard, not the memory foam hard, but the other kind. Plus, there was construction going on even at nights and the window is not sound proof enough. All in all, I feel this hotel used to be an office and the developer pivoted the usage that’s why it was not designed to be a hotel originally and they didn’t do a thorough enough job to convert it.
