It was an amazing stay. The hotel location was convenient with peaceful surroundings. The staff members were so friendly and helpful with their enthusiastic hospitality. The room was super clean and spacious, had good quality of sleep with the comfy king size bed. The restaurant was great, serving authentic Cantonese cuisine and delicious dim sum. The breakfast buffet also offered good variety of healthy selections.

Excellent experience, outstanding service made all the difference I stayed at this hotel during my visit to the Canton Fair and was genuinely impressed. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—Jason and Shirley at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even offered me a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which truly enhanced my stay. Even with the standard room, the value for money was already great, but the upgrade added a real touch of luxury. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is also very convenient, with shops nearby, a metro station a few steps from the hotel, and free shuttle service to the Canton Fair complex, which is a huge plus for business travelers.

The room was large and clean, including the bathroom, the aircon was just nice, not too cold and we like the comprehensive room facilities, like the huge square bathtub, strong and huge shower spray, large umbrella, heated bathroom mirror, large room table and long luggage bench, various lights control switches and the hotel heated swimming pool. We appreciate the complimentary welcome fruits and the daily replenish of bottled water and coffee pack. We also want to commend a staff by the name of Roy for his excellent service.
