We wouldn't stay here again. The hotel needed repairs. The frame on door to the bathroom was broken so we were not able to shut the door. When we first got there the guy at the desk was trying to double charge me for the room that I had already paid through Expedia. He said I hadn't pain and wanted my credit card. I am glad I brought the receipt with me showing it had been paid.

Las habitaciones son muy bonitas , con una temática muy cuidada y original , la zona de la Presa es una de las más bellas de Gto. Sin embargo la atención del personal y su apariencia nada profesional , nos hemos hospedado 3 ocasiones con Uds . La primera vez fue excelente !! inclusive el recibimiento , falta mayor calidez para los huéspedes y compromiso por parte del personal . De lo demás el hotel es perfecto para hospedarse .

Cost of this hotel and what they provided was not worth the stay advertised on Expedia that a laundry service was provided was.no laundry service provider The restaurant at the hotel is the most expensive restaurant in the area first day Dirty sheets everyday you have to ask for clean sheets and clean towels the bedroom is very small we had our use our suitcases as tables as nothing is provided but little tiny nightstands

Beautiful building, rooms, each space into the hotel is a piece of art, excelent taste to design each room and lobby. The problems here are in the service. First of all, the ladies in reception do not speak English. They offer some services, for example breakfast for the other day, but it did not arrive on time. On other hand, there was not hot water, therefore I have to take a shower with cold water, very unconfortable. Finally from my beautiful room I was listening the noise from the lobby.

Great place to stay though it’s a walk to town and we found local food places poor. Great cafe on local ‘lake’ up the road for view. Comfortable. A few niggles. Limited clothes storage, coffee machine off , really hard to get water between boiling and cold. Room was small but good.

The property is called Casa Nada because there is no restaurant. This is a stately old home which has been recently renovated. The owners live on one side, the other side has been developed into a ten room hotel. Daily room cleaning and towel changing is provided fresh clean everything. The hotel staff are students from the University of Guanajuato studying Tourism and other disciplines. I'm a single woman traveling alone, they made me feel like I was visiting friends. (Good to tip them when you leave.) Everyone was super friendly, attentive and accommodating. Some people speak basic English. The house is located in a square of grand old homes many which are being converted and remodeled, schools, government offices. The traffic flows in one direction around a lovely park, dam and lake area popular with local tourists.

Es precioso el lugar, se ve muy pequeño pero es espacioso y acogedor. Nos encantó, sobre todo la ubicacion ya que es por la zona que mas me gusta fuera del ruidoso centro. Solo que deberian de poner un horario a utilizar el lobby para reuniones y que no sean en la madrugada.

Aconsejo a todos no reservar este hotel. No puedo recibir la orden de reserva de Expedia. Hice una reserva exitosa con Expedia, pero cuando llegué al hotel, la recepción me dijo que no había habitaciones y mi reserva no fue recibida. No fue mi culpa no haberme registrado. Aún no he recibido un reembolso y tanto el hotel como Expedia se niegan a reembolsarme. ¡Reservé una estancia de 2 días el 15 de marzo!

Fue una decepciónante experiencia, realice mi reservacion desde hace mas de un mes, 24 horas antes, llame para confirmar que no ubiera problema con mi reserva y me confirmaron que no habia problema y al llegar a la propiedad y querer hacer check in, resulta que se equivocaron y no respetaron mi reserva, me movieron a otro hotel, sin darme mas explicaciones ni avisarme por lo menos que harian eso. No volvere a reservar en este lugar, porque no respetan eso.

Es un hotel muy lindo, diferente y original. Algo malo es que se escucha mucho ruido y en mi habitacion entraba mucha luz del exterior. Agua caliente, cama y almohadas cómodas. Preferiria botellas de agua, el agua en jarra como la ofrecen no me causó confianza. No había jabón ni shampoo en los envases en la regadera. Pero la estancia fue buena
