El hotel sin lugar a dudas es para lo que es, descansar, no se pide más, está limpio, tranquilo y seguro. Si lo que buscas es solo descansar, es sin duda alguna muy recomendable

Rooms are very small and customer service is horrible. We forgot my daughters sandles at checkout so i called them and they confirmed. But then i go, and they say never found.

Their administration is unorganized. Y room’s door was knocked to let me know that I had to pay for the room. The following day my door was locked because my bed sheets were stained and I had to pay for them first in to have my door open.

I stayed in this hotel for four nights and for the price it was good. The rooms weren’t too small, the ac worked awesome. It was a basic room nothing luxurious. The Ubers had a little bit of trouble to find the entrance since it’s by a busy road and the property is new. The staff though was not the nicest at all. They weren’t accommodating or comprehensive. I booked with Expedia and they didn’t respect the price you pay and they make you cancel and book directly with them. When you cancel with Expedia there’s a fee and it’s not worth all the hassle. The fee is high and the hotel doesn’t care. They just wanted me to book directly when the difference of prize was 1 peso. Ridiculous. They were fighting me for 1 peso. I told them I will give them the peso and they told me no we can’t do that. You have to cancel your Expedia reservation and the fee is not our problem basically

No me gustó que el día que iba a llegar me mandaron un mensaje temprano para pedirme que transfiriera el monto de mi reservación, si ya tenían registrada una tarjeta mía como garantía. Me dio desconfianza por no saber si era del hotel o estafa, escribi para confirmar y comentar que mi pago serian con tarjeta de crédito y por tanto no podía hacer transferencia y me llamaron para decirme que no había problema, sin embargo se me hizo de mal gusto pedir el pago de esa forma cuando ya tenían una tarjeta de crédito en garantía. En otros hoteles que he reservado por Expedia no me había sucedido esto

Te piden que deposites el mismo día antes de llegar. En mi caso mandaron el correo solicitando depósito a las 3:30 pm del día de arribo diciendo depositar antes de las 4:00 pm si no, no se garantizaba tener la habilitación al llegar. Muy mal sistema

Básico, económico pero con muy difícil conexión

Cumple y es buen equilibrio costo-beneficio sin embargo, está en una ubicación súper complicada y casi ningún Didi o Uber acepta viajes en esta zona.
