Falta lugar de estacionamiento, la habitación que nos dieron era muy ruidosa, pedimos si podían bajar el volumen de la bocina de la alberca pero nunca atendieron nuestra petición, por la noche se escucha mucho ruido y no nos dejó descansar.

Fue una experiencia desagradable. Las puertas no funcionan correctamente y el personal espera que puedas dormir a pesar de que tu puerta quede abierta (habitación 1010). Logramos que nos cambiaran la habitación (a la 1001) pero no resultó mejor. Al principio no querían hacernos el cambio con la excusa de que estaba lleno; sin embargo, en la aplicación de Hotels aparecerían 3 habitaciones disponibles. La nueva habitación era extremadamente ruidosa, se escuchaba todo lo que sucedía en recepción y el ruido de la calle (autobuses, coches, motos, gente, etc.), imposible dormir cómodamente. Quedaron en cambiarnos de nuevo pero eso no sucedió. Además, es molesto que debaa estar pidiendo lo que hace falta, ej: papel del baño, taza para tomar café, café...
