The house itself has a very comfortable vibe. As you approach the door, you'll find a deck with a bench in front, and a larger seating area in the back with a cushioned swing and a gas grill. Giant Sequoias will tower over you in Tuolumne Grove, and you can learn about the natural history of the park at the museum. After all that, you'll still be able to make it home in time for a late dinner at one of the several dining options in Groveland. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
